Beautifully appointed, our 2 bedroom home offers space for the entire family and welcomes you with a unique open floor plan and ample room for everyone to spread out and enjoy themselves. The upgraded kitchen is fully stocked, and a dining area compliments the space. Our living room has a stunning ocean view and features comfortable seating for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Enjoy your favorite shows on our flat screen TVs in both the living room and both bedrooms. After a great day at the beach, enjoy an ice cold drink on your private balcony as the sun goes down, a favorite past time that is sure to bring a smile to your face.



The bedrooms offer a quiet retreat and feature a king bed in the primary and two queen beds in the second bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping options for your party. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience as well. Welcome to Paradise! Our premium ocean view villa at Brighton Tower features amazing views of the ocean and pier! The Brighton Tower Pool is a beautiful pool with sun loungers your family and friends will be sure to enjoy. There is also direct beach access to have your toes in the sand in seconds.  



Additionally, guests can use Beach Pool on the oceanfront between North Hampton and South Hampton, as well as the St. James Pool, all conveniently located in Kingston Plantation! The famous Apache Pier offers an oceanfront seafood restaurant for some authentic Calabash seafood, and Ocean Annie`s is just a short stroll further down the beach and offers live music on the oceanfront deck in season.

-Minimum renter age is 25, proof of age required.

-Free parking at the resort

-Electric vehicles can be charged at the Embassy Suites located in this resort (charging fee applies). There is 1 Tesla and 1 standard station.

-Motorcycles can park free in designated parking near the entrance. Trailers can park for $25/per day near the guard gate in a designated lot - fee is paid by credit card at automated machine.

-Non-smoking Property

-Pool closes in the winter at HOA's discretion, normally between November 1st-April 1st

-No Pets Allowed

-Splashpark is not available for our guests

-Check in information will arrive 3 days before check in

-This unit is located on the 15th floor

-No use of the fitness center permitted. MegaFitness is located down the road.

-Rentals one month or longer will require a monthly walkthrough by management staff.

-Daily housekeeping unavailable.

-Starter bag with one role of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, and dish-soap provided.

-Brighton guests have access to 3 pools: The Brighton pool, located in the footprint of the building; The oceanfront pool, located between North & South Hampton; The pool located right near St. James Park.

-Washer/dryer located within the unit.

-Two parking passes provided, no additional passes will be permitted.

-Keurig and drip coffee makers provided in unit.



Carolina Palm Policies:

*Pool: Pool access isn’t guaranteed due to possible maintenance or HOA changes. We’ll notify guests of closures when possible.

*Weather: Refunds or reschedules are only issued for mandatory evacuations or if the property becomes uninhabitable. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

*Internet: Speeds aren’t guaranteed. Bring a hotspot if working remotely.

*Payments: Name on reservation, payment method, and photo ID must match or the booking may be canceled.

*ID: Photo ID is required for all reservations.

*Damage Protection: For your peace of mind, guests are required to choose either a $39 damage waiver (no security deposit hold - most common) or a refundable $700 security deposit, returned within 7 days of check-out if no damage occurs.

With a location that cannot be beat, our home is in the heart of all there is to do on the Grand Strand! Luxury meets fun here, and memories are made to last a lifetime at our spacious villa, which features breathtaking views of the ocean from our 15th floor “perch in paradise” private balcony.



Kingston Plantation is centrally located right where North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach meet - allowing you to enjoy the best of both towns while still having the peace and privacy of an oceanfront retreat. While the beautiful Atlantic ocean and famous Apache Pier are enough to keep you occupied, there are also hundreds (literally) of shops and restaurants nearby to explore and dozens of entertainment options. These include House of Blues, Tanger Outlets, the shops at Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Myrtle Beach Mall and Bass Pro Shops, Carolina Opry, Pirate`s Voyage, Greg Norman`s Australian Grille, the world famous Ocean Annie`s Beach Bar, about a dozen golf courses just to name a few... and all within a 5 minute drive from the condo! If you need suggestions on where to go, what to do, or where to dine, let us know - we`ll be happy to give you recommendations on some local favorites!



Getting Around:

Top rated location and free parking on site.  Taxis and Uber are also fast and affordable with attractions, restaurants, shopping, and more less than 5 minutes away.

Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10:00 a.m. No early check-in or late check-out. Consider adding an extra night to your stay if needed.

1. Minimum renter age 25. Guest age 25 or older must be staying on property at all times.

2. No smoking. Guests must pick up any cigarette butts if smoking outdoors.

3. If departure procedures are not followed, additional charges will apply.

4. If there is damage to the linens or the property, additional charges will apply.

5. $150 Inconvenience fee if property is still occupied (after 10 a.m. on check-out day) when housekeepers arrive.

6. Refunds will not be given for stays canceled outside the free cancellation window.
