You can prepare delicious meals with ease while enjoying the beautiful ocean view from the kitchen window.

One of the highlights of this condo is the private balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee or relax with a glass of wine in the evening. The balcony is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture.

As for the amenities, this condo is part of a complex that offers both public indoor and outdoor pools. You can enjoy a swim in the indoor pool, perfect for cooler days or evenings, and bask in the sun by the outdoor pool during the sunny Myrtle Beach days.

Beach replenishment will be EXPECTED to finish by the second week of July. This is a city project and we have no control over this. We were not aware of when it began and had no notice in advance. But they did let us know its expected end date.

• Parking lots are located on Withers Street (parallel to Ocean Blvd.) and one street over/cross from the resort.
Things to know
• Please note: Pest Control Service days are scheduled the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

• In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25/per item for replacement.

House rules
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.
• Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Gatherings of more than 8 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
• You must be at least 21 years old to book this property.
• Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500.
