The search for your next vacation rental ends here! Check out this beautiful, 5th floor, direct oceanfront vacation rental at the Sea Mist Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. This oceanfront condo is fully furnished with everything you need for your next vacation. As of spring 2023 this apartment has been completely updated! We could not be more excited to share these updates with you! To start the entire condo has been repainted with welcoming colors. The carpeting was removed and new LVP flooring was installed throughout!

In the main living space a new king bed frame and mattress were installed, as well as a new sofa that converts to a queen size bed, allowing this rental to comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests! All new furniture was placed through out including a new dresser, table and chairs, coffee table, and a coffee bar area. Guests will love the private oceanfront balcony right off the main living space! This is the perfect spot for guests to enjoy a cup of coffee while looking out at the stunning views of the ocean!

Right off the main entrance guests will find the private bathroom! The bathroom features a new vanity and mirror as well as a new standing shower!

Making your way into the kitchen guests will love the new cabinets and shelving. This area also features a brand new one of a kind back splash as well as all new appliances which include a full size fridge, a stove and oven combo, a microwave, a large sink, and a coffee maker over in the new coffee bar area right off the kitchen. All dishes and basic kitchenware will be provided! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach has hundreds of incredible dining options within a short walk, drive, or Uber. Uber Eats, DoorDash, and other food delivery services are very popular in this area.

Be sure to pack light! All towels, toiletries, bedding, and linens are provided. We also provide starter amenities such as toilet paper, paper towels, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner for each reservation. We also provide 8 towels and 8 washcloths per bathroom. While the Sea Mist is a 65 year-old complex, we have gone above and beyond to ensure that this unit is FAR from the average booking experience at a hotel. Past guests truly love the space, and we appreciate the fact that they treat it as if it were their own.

We are confident that you are going to love this rental and the location. It is truly one-of-a-kind, and we are very excited to have you as our guest! Wasn’t what I expected! The room was dirty and we had to clean before we did anything! I had to pay 15 dollars to get clean lien for a 4 day stay! They expected 4 people to use the same lien the whole time we where there! The hotel itself need to be remodeled! Wasn’t worth 200 a night more like 45!

Rented through VRBO and Coastline Beach Rentals. Room was missing items upon arrival. Sent proof of this and was told I was wrong. Room was not cleaned other than changing trash bags and partially wiping down surfaces. Sand all in floors, shower nasty with broken shower head and loose faucets, hot water went out on 3rd night there, mold in cabinets with pots and pans, cobwebs on lamb shades and sprinkler system, electrical socket loose and hanging out of wall, floor not vaccumed, cigarette burns on multiple pieces of furniture despite being listed as a non-smoking room and building as a whole. A complete trash of a place and Coastline will do nothing but blame you and try to say you are wrong. They stated they had four people check the room prior to my check in and no missing items, damages or lack of cleanliness was reported. I called by phone and emailed photos of the room within 30mins of check-in

The check in process was very confusing and difficult. Was not sure which building my rental was in had to go back and forth down the street to office for parking pass etc. once we found where to go everything was wonderful.

We were very displeased that the room was not properly maintained. The stove was definitely not cleaned and all the kitchen utensils needed to be cleaned before we could use them as they must have sat for a while unused. The air condjtioner vent on the exterior of the room was rusted. And there was a bad odor throughout the building and the pools were dirty. Those examples only scratch the surface. The owner asked us to call in any issues uoon check in. I called, left a message, and never recieved a response. The next day I emailed pictures of everything we found with still no response. Very displeased eith this stay.
