Enjoy some rest and relaxation in this beautiful and quiet 1 bedroom 1.5 bath condo located in the highly sought after Magnolia Place in Myrtlewood. You will be close to the best the Grand Strand has to offer. Centrally located to many of Myrtle Beach's attractions. There are outdoor pools with grilling areas and walking / bike paths throughout for you to enjoy. You are just 5 minutes (1 mile) from the beach with public parking right on the ocean. Stunning view of the pool and golf course right off balcony. There are (2) 18-hole golf courses in Myrtlewood right on the property situated on the Intracoastal Waterway.

Wonderful place. Highly recommend for any family trip, business trip, or travel sports. Conveniently located within 5-10 mins of beach and boardwalk shopping/dining area. Also close to Ripken Experience. Comfortably accommodated our family of 5 (with twin air mattress we brought with us). Very clean, bedding and towels provided, washer/dryer in room, basic kitchen dishes and appliances (coffee maker/toaster) provided.

This was our first VRBO rental and it was a really great experience. Communicating with our hosts was easy and they were very receptive. The location was great! Easy to go North or South. Very close to Broadway at the Beach, grocery stores, retail stores and restaurants. The pool was awesome and the area was very secure. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring break stay

The condo was neat, clean and updated. Communication with Derek was timely and informative. This condo is located on the golf course with a small pool. It was too chilly for the pool but was convenient to restaurants, shopping and the beach. I was there for a Spring break baseball tournament at Ripken Park. My only request would be to have a few k cups cream and sugar for guests. I missed my coffee in the morning.

Lovely home & location

My husband and I had a wonderful extended weekend at Derek’s home. What you see in the photos is what you get, plus so much more! The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and could have comfortably fit two more guests. The location was ideal for the beach, shopping, entertainment and eating out. It is definitely centrally located, close to everything. There were a couple of things that we brought to Derek’s attention when we arrived and he took care of them right away. Communication with Derek was great through-out the rental experience and we most certainly would consider renting from him in the future!

Nice Condo with Pool and Golf Courseview

Standard 1 bedroom condo. Not luxurious but clean and comfortable. Lots of light. The coach was comfortable and so was the bed. Everything was in working order. Great price. We would stay here again.
