The property worked great for our large family.

We have been having annually family reunions for about the last 5 years. Our ages range from 60-85 so individual bedrooms and specifically individual bedrooms are extremely important and very difficult to find. This property fit the bill well. It’s close to the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. The only reason I marked the cleanliness a little low is because I’m a sock wearer in the house and I found the floors a little dirty but I asked for a mop and a bucket and I mopped our bedroom floor. Being that close to the beach, I’m sure it’s hard to keep the floors “sock” clean. Communication was unbelievably awesome. The management company was extremely responsive and so accommodating. Thanks to Together Resorts, we had another very successful reunion. If anyone has any ideas of lodging that would accommodate 10-12 bedrooms/baths (cabins) anywhere in the US that is relatively easy to travel to, I’d love to hear about them. The one issue we discovered with Myrtle Beach is it doesn’t have real good airport connections.

Family Beach Vacay

The pros: large home that can accommodate a very large party. The location was good, across from beach access and in walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Great kitchen table and theater room. The cons: House needs some tender loving care. A few things around the house were broken, ie: towel bars coming out of the wall, freezer door handle comes off if of the refrigerators, elevator was broken and the hot needed to be turned on daily at the convenience of the property and not the renter, the last night they didn’t even come out to heat the hot tub. A lot of rules on the “do nots” with a hefty dollar amount associated with items that were essentially already broken. Additionally, the cleanliness of the property left a little to be desired, if shoes were not worn your feet would be disgustingly dirty. Other than that we had a great time with family and friends.

Golf Trip

12 guys in a 14 bedroom 14 bathroom condo. Location to the beach, bars restaurants and shopping was all within walking distance. Would highly recommend it!

Perfect place for a large group!

This house is the perfect setup for multiple families. We had 9 families and had plenty of space for everyone! Being able to have the pool heated was an added bonus. A block from the beach, just a short walk to the stores and restaurants on the beach and a quick drive to all sorts of activities.

On short block to the beach, 2 blocks to grocery store and shopping. Good location.

Appliances show age, dryers not working properly. Bedrooms are very small. Floors were very dirty, cannot go bare foot. Media room was useless after 2 days, projector bulb burnt out and needed to order, we could not watch movie the rest of the time.

Church Family Retreat

Our group absolutely loved our venue. It was equipped with everything we needed to make our Family Retreat wonderful. The media room was perfect for family games and our Sunday morning devotional fellowship. The enormous kitchen island was the daily meeting place that allowed family activities even while we cooked. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. We are already planning our next event there and would highly recommend for family and friend events. Oh and the sunrise from the front window is spectacular!! And it’s right across the street from the beach. You will not be disappointed.

Dad's 80th birthday bash

Overall this rental was great. There were a few problems but they did not detract from our experience. These were the elevator which was very touchy, the dishwashers did not all working which was probably due to prolonged inactivity before we checked in, some outlets in the kitchen did not work but not sure why, and some TVs either didn't work or the cable would not connect but since it was only a weekend nobody really cared. For each problem we reported, Mandy came right away or sent a repairman (elevator). Since this was our first rental with VRBO and Together Rentals, we didn't know fully know what to expect. Mandy was very nice and friendly and there were no negative impressions. Our only scary experience was a drunk person deciding to make a lounge chair area for his nightly sleeping and bathroom arrangements. We called the police and he moved without any commotion. A few people did have trouble finding the place but this may have been because of a mix up with the address. The parking is a bit tight for large cars and we were not sure where folks were to park when they came for the party. The beds and bathrooms were clean and there were enough towels but we didn't know about extra towels under the sinks so we bought more towels. There were thermostat wars because of the comfort levels in each room. Not sure if this would be the same in the summer when you use cool vs heat. We had people ages 8 through 92 staying at the house comfortably. The bedroom layout was a tad bit different from the website layout but in a positive way. We had one extra room than we planned. The area has lots of amenities close by but we didn't use many. The beach is really one short walk away. In summary, my father had about 40 of his closest friends and family celebrate his 80th birthday and many want to rent this house for their functions in the future. Because of you my father's birthday party was a big success!! I would highly recommend this house for large families that have kids and seniors. Lots of space to have lots of fun!!! Thanks!

Thanksgiving on the beach

My family of 40+ people gathered in this beautiful home for a whole week to celebrate Thanksgiving. We loved that we could all fit under one roof and not be on top of each other. 14 bedrooms with, like, 24 beds was great. The decor was nice. The room I slept in with my husband was a little cramped. We loved having our own bathroom but just like my room, it was cramped. There's a small area to put your suitcase and hang some stuff. 2 wire shelves but the top one was a little too high. They could use a tall storage shelf instead of the narrow tables they put in the rooms. That way, we could have somewhere to put our clothes. I loved that the drawers in the bathrooms were really deep since there wasnt any counter space. I put our toiletries in there. The house came with almost all of the small appliances we needed. Waffle irons, blender, toasters, coffee makers, hand mixer, etc. We only had to bring a griddle for pancakes. The theatre room was awesome. The kids really enjoyed that and the men loved the pool table. Our favorite place to gather was around the HUGE granite table. It was able to seat 24 of us so not all of us had a seat but we loved it. We didn't get much use of the pool and hot tub because it was way too expensive to heat per day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk across the street to the beach. The IGA on the corner was pretty convenient; they have an ice cream shop inside with the best ice cream for a dollar per scoop. And Walmart and Aldi were just a 7 minute drive away. My only negatives would have to be that one of the ovens didn't work, we were missing the 3rd refrigerator (I'm pretty certain it was in the listing), and the lint catcher on one of the dryers tore up a couple of people's clothes.

Great weekend beach trip!

House was in excellent condition and the amenities were great. Super easy walk to the beach and more than enough space for a group of 45+ people. Kitchen equipped with 3 fridges and 2 stoves which made cooking for the large group easy, would absolutely stay here again.
