Shore Beats Work - Amazing 4BR Beach House!

Are you ready for your next vacation? You will love staying at this beautiful home located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach! This 4BR/4.5BA Raised Beach House is right across the street from North Beach Plantation and the beach. You can watch the waves hit the shore from the windows in the house! This comfortable home has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The kitchen is fully stocked and is ready for cooking. If you don't feel like cooking, let us know if you would like some meals catered or there are plenty of restaurants right down the street.

There is a King Bed in the Primary suite which is located on the main floor of the house. There is also a sitting area with a sleeper sofa if you need it. The large bathroom has so much space and there is a great jacuzzi tub to enjoy too. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms. There is a queen bed in the 2nd bedroom with its own private balcony, another queen bed in the 3rd bedroom and 2 twins in the 4th bedroom. All of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom. There is also a half bathroom on the main level. There is a brand new 65" Flat Screen TV in the living room and all of the bedrooms have Flat Screens as well.

The living room is very spacious and comfortable with plenty of seating. The dining room table is large and perfect for family meals. The house is bright and has lots of windows to enjoy the scenery and you can even see the ocean! The cathedral ceilings make it seem even larger than it is and there are ceiling fans throughout. You will love this property! There is also a wet bar in the living room for extra drinks and cocktails. Rent a golf cart to get to the beach and back if you want. Just bring your beach chairs and relax!

This beautiful home is perfect for large groups, family gatherings or weekend getaways. It is located right down the street from Barefoot Landing which has lots of shops, restaurants and attractions. Check out The House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Duplin Winery, Alligator Adventure and much more. Ask us about golf cart rentals, discount tickets and other attractions as well.

THIS HOUSE WILL ALLOW MOTORCYCLES WITH RESTRICTIONS. Parking is limited. Will fit up to 4 vehicles under the house. No street parking allowed.

Weekly Rentals only in the Prime Season. Minimum 3 Night Stay in the off season.

Very happy overall, close to the beach, the number of bathrooms made it easy for everyone to cleanup at the same time. Close to restaurants and entertainment! The only slight drawback was the water pressure in the showers, a little low pressure but enough to shower.

Everything was great but .. the dishwasher was not working all week nor the garbage disposal. Didn’t expect to wash dishes by hand on my vacation. Tropical Storm Debbie put a real damper on our week.

The house was amazing with a great location relative to the beach and to attractions nearby. Some maintenance issues present. Didn't appear to be swept or mopped before checking in. Trash can outside was full. Wifi went out on the final two days of staying. Property management company was responsive though. Would most likely rent again.

Wonderful Family Summer Trip

Great place to stay, just needs some quality of life improvements.

The location of the house is great, there are plenty of things around to do as well as places to eat, and its walking distance to the beach. Our only complaint was that there were a lot of little things that could've been fixed and cleaned prior to our arrival. Trash was not sent out to be picked by trash pickup, the furniture was not cleaned up under or in between cushions, the beds were not very comfortable, and we had a problem with the in-counter stove top unit. Minor problems aside, the house is definitely worth staying for vacations, the cleaning service just needs to be more on it about checking all nooks and cranny inside and outside the house. We're are considering staying again in this house for next year since we come to myrtle beach every year.

Perfect for a large family

We came down and stayed 6 days. Our daughter played softball at the beach and we decided to bring some friends and make a vacation of it. We had a party of 10, and there was plenty of room. It was very clean, great location, close to the main drag, and just a few mins from the beach. The only issues we had were very minimal- water pressure was very weak, air balance in the rooms (some were freezing cold while others were stifling hot) Other than that- it was an amazing stay!

A beach house

Location of the house perfect. Short walk to the beach. Short drive to all attractions and shopping. If you are considering this property take this into consideration… to get to the front door using the front steps is 26 winding steps up. There is a back set of stairs up to the back/kitchen door. The master bedroom is on the main floor but the three other bedrooms are up 2 flights of stairs. There IS a shower in the master bath that isn’t shown in any pics. The only liquid hand soap was in the half bath on the main floor. The floors were filthy. It looked like we had walked around on the sidewalks barefoot, when we were simply walking around the house barefoot. I am keeping in mind that this is very close to the ocean when I say this… little kitchen ants every day and a couple of palmetto bugs on one day were found. Read into that whatever you want I’m just explaining my experience. The blinds all around the house need a swifter ran over them. So perhaps the managing company just needs a better cleaning service. Everything we used worked with the exception of many of the light switches didn’t do anything. I’d like to suggest the owner or manager label the switches. The TV remotes were a toss up on if they went with that one tv, with 5 tvs labeling these things would go a long way toward guest ease of use. A few basic maintenance things need to addressed by the manager/owner but does not effect the use of those things. Was it worth it? Yes. Would I book this house again? No due to the steps to climb and the filthy floors. Would I suggest this house to friends? Yes with the list I just provided everyone on here. Like I said, this is a beach house I know it will be a bit salty on the outside and perhaps a bit sandy inside as well. But on first arriving the floors were thee most disgusting.

The Windy Hill Experience

The Windy Hill Experience was an excellent stay for me and my friends. Starting with the ladies at check in very friendly and enjoyed chatting with them made me feel as I was family. This property is in a great location, walking distance to beach, hywy 17, Tanger Outlet and Winery! The rooms were spacious but need updating, from the bathrooms to the kitchen appliances and the condition of the outside banister. Coming up the stairs, there are missing finials on the railing and screws are exposed. The bed linen was miss matched and in poor condition. Overall, it was a comfortable stay just in need of upgrades to take it from 3 stars to 5 stars.

Great Location

Great location. Would definitely look to stay here again. You’re about a block from the beach and just down the road from Barefoot Landing where there’s things to do for all ages. Other than a few little maintenance items was a great place to stay. Would recommend this place to stay and North Myrtle Beach Vacation Rentals staff was very friendly.

5 of the 9 people had respiratory symptoms all week because of excessive dust. The air return vents were filthy with layers of dust. The ceiling fans in the LR and Master bedroom were deep with dust. Floors needed to be properly mopped.

Beautiful and spacious property

I want to say that the pictures of the inside of the property give a good impression of what you're getting. But the pictures don't do it justice! The house was way more spacious than we were expecting and each room had its own private bathroom. It was about a 7 minute walk from the beach and had plenty of private parking space. We enjoyed ourselves immensely.

House was great in a good location with short walk to the beach. Could have been a little cleaner and the kitchen supplies need to be evaluated again as things were missing or broke. Had a few minor issues but the property manager was excellent and very responsive. Would consider staying there again.

The property was destroyed by previous renter and we suffered the consequences. The air conditioner had to be serviced twice, the house is in need of repair, the kitchen pots/pans were disgusting. The house needs to be repaired and in desperate need a thorough cleaning.

Beautiful, Spacious and Close to the Water

The size of this house was perfect for ten people. Everyone had their own space when needed, and the common spaces are large enough that we could gather as a group when we wanted to. The distance to the water, as well as shops and attractions made this a great place to stay for the week!
