130-3 Stillwood Drive, Pawleys Plantation

Our second floor condominium in private, gated Pawleys Plantation features vaulted ceilings and a beautiful view of the 11th fairway. Bright and serene, the unit is comfortably furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen, a screened-in balcony, and washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a door to the screened-in balcony, with a full bathroom just off of the room. The second bedroom is located at the front of the unit, with two queen size beds and a full bathroom. On the technology side of the fence, there is a 50” flat screen SMART TV and Blu-Ray player in the main living space, flat screens in the bedrooms, cable television, and secure wi-fi internet.

The condominium is located close to the community pool which is open from May 1 to October 1, and within walking distance of the Clubhouse, Pro Shop, and the Palmetto Pub for a quick bite. A beach pass to Huntington Beach State Park (about ten minutes away) for use during your stay is provided. Pawleys Island proper is just three miles by car. For your beach trips, four beach towels and four beach chairs are provided for your convenience.

Our stay was awesome and all our needs were met. The deck/patio was my favorite. I love being outside and watching the golfers in a screened in deck is even better. The kitchen was well stocked and provided everything we needed to warm meals and a little cooking (I usually only cook breakfast). Thanks for providing.n awesome place for us to stay . I almost forgot the VERY BEST part. The Huntington Beach pass cannot be matched. What great added bonus.!! It is one of my favorite places to go when visiting PI. :)

Condo is located on the second floor, use outside steps to access. Keyless entry was easy to use, code was provided day before or day of check in. Condo was clean and spacious for family of two adults and three children under the age of 16. All beds slept great, I especially enjoyed the comfort of the king bed. We only stayed to sleep as we had other plans outside of the condo during the day. Water pressure was good as well as hot water. AC worked great, but may need to change out the air filter as there was dust build up on the return vent. Refrigerator was cold when we arrived. I did not use the washer/dryer but was glad it was available if needed. Instructions for checking out were provided and easy to follow.I did have some communication with the host prior to our arrival. Host responded quickly and took care of my request. We will stay here again if it is available.

Excellent property! So clean, comfortable and well stocked. We loved coming home to relax in our cool, spacious condo, with plenty of room for everyone to spread out and do their own thing. Nice balcony, great living room TV, comfortable beds. Beach chairs, towels and no beach bags were provided. W/D too! Definitely the best part of our trip and we would book again! We didn’t even have time to use the pool directly across the street or check out the restaurant. Thanks to the amazing hosts for this lovely stay!

Absolutely fantastic

Lovely, comfortable condo with all the little touches included. Example: Delighted to find laundry detergent and dryer sheets so we didn’t have to buy any! We loved listening to storms roll in on the screened porch with a cup of coffee in hand. The pool is very nice and shaded and made for a great break from the sun at the beach. It’s a very short, easy drive to beach access. After staying in various places up and down Myrtle, North Myrtle, and Surfside we finally found our beach “home” in Pawleys! Thanks again for everything and see you next year!

Beautiful retreat and we used the state park pass 5 of the 6 days we stayed and my kids loved it. About 20 mins drive to the state park but gave us time to eat or decompress on the way back. Would consider staying again next year!

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at your condo. It was so comfortable, cozy and clean! We loved the pass to Huntington State Park as well. We had never been there and were in awe of the beauty of Atayla Castle. We hope to come back.
