'The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. '

'冬に滞在。設備は不自由しないくらいに揃っており、コタツまであり最高の癒しを提供。またピアノまであるので弾ける人がいると更に癒しの空間に。岩岳のゴンドラまで徒歩圏内で渋滞知らず。

'We had a truly delightful stay. The space was generous, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area.
