« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was a great location, close to the lovely community of Caltavuturo. The host provided very useful recommendations about the property, dining, shopping and other activities. The shops in town were great, including the butcher, the bakery and the pasticceria, not to mention the chef and team at AlterEgo restaurant. The villa was well appointed, it offered a number of areas within and outside the property to relax and enjoy the views and experience....

« Highlight of my Sicily travels. A great place to chill. An hour’s drive from many sites. Pool to cool down. Wonderful outdoor space. Giorgio was friendly and helpful. Took some determination to find it but so glad I did. Would appreciate a larger espresso pot- such a small problem in an almost perfect world. »

« Beautiful property but many millipedes everywhere, water off several times, dogs barking every night, nosy owner who came by daily and we had to pay for electricity used for time there. We have rented many times from HomeAway but never was charged for electricity. We did get deposit refunded the day we left minus charge for electricity. Besides the above we did enjoy our stay there. »

« Eine schöne geräumige Wohnung, in der man alles findet, was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Supermarkt, guter Bäcker etc. findet sich alles in 10 min zu Fuß. Zum Charme trägt sicherlich bei, dass die frühere Besitzerin mit Bildern und Andenken und so immer noch sehr präsent ist. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit sind die Gastgeber. Gewöhnungsbedürftig ist die Straße vor dem Haus. Eng und man muss entweder rückwärts rein fahren oder eben rückwärts wieder raus. »

« Very cheerful, clean , well-appointed space. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. If driving, heads up to putting "via Athnea" as part of the address, as the street is not one you can drive on, it is a long staircase street. The apt. is situated at the top of the stairs , so be prepared to do a lot of stairs. »

« Die Einrichtung ist sehr stilvoll und modern. Leider hatte unser Zimmer im Schlafzimmer kein richtiges Fenster - nur eines, was in einen dunklen Innenschacht geht. Das liegt daran, dass die Unterkunft in einer kleinen Gasse sehr nahe der Altstadt liegt. Für eine Nacht war es für uns jedoch kein Problem. Die Unterkunft war überwiegend sauber (ein paar fremde Haare im Bad) und die Minibar netterweise gefüllt, ebenso Kaffee-, Tee- und Kekse vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war...

"Tout était parfait de l'accueil, à la chambre magnifique, le petit dejeuner gargantuesque. L'hote qui vous renseigne sur tout, qui parle très bien français et d'une gentillesse et d'une amabilité sans pareil. Merci à Lui. Bref nous y sommes restés qu'une nuit : c'était trop court. "
