'Staff were very attentive and helpful. Had an issue with the shower not draining and it was attended to and resolved and cleaned within 10mins. I arrived late at night after flight delays. The staff insisted on making me toast and jam so I wouldn't have to go hungry..... Booked a taxi through them which arrived early. Very pleasant stay. Would recommend. Great location and very quiet away from the busy town.'

'We got an room upgrade, but i didnt like it because the pool view is not that great from my room and the bathroom shower door was missing. Eventhough the staff knew about it they upgraded us to that room and next day we request them to change to our original room and it was way better than the upgraded one.
