Had a fantastic three-night stay at Storii by ITC Shanti Morada.
Having stayed at six different hotels in Goa, this one easily stands out as my favorite.
The food was excellent, the staff were exceptional, and the heritage décor added a unique charm to the overall experience.
From the moment I arrived, the welcome was warm and personal. Shuhana and the team took the time to ask about my journey, presented me with a necklace, and gave me a detailed tour of both the property and my room.
Rakish, at the service and bar, was outstanding—engaging, attentive, and consistently ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay.
Laltu truly made the experience feel like home. He always seemed to be around whenever I needed anything, offering help with genuine care and warmth.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Arpit, who checked in on my stay and ensured everything was going smoothly. It was a thoughtful and classy gesture that added to an already memorable visit. Even during checkout, he was incredibly helpful and accommodated a late checkout to align with my airport transfer.
I would highly recommend this hotel for its authentic Goan atmosphere, five-star service, and peaceful location in North Goa.
If you do stay here, I encourage you to look out for and appreciate the wonderful team members—Laltu, Rakish, Shuhana, and Arpit—who truly make the experience special.
