Musée Santxotena

Séjour absolument fantastique dans un hôtel extraordinaire. Un service parfait, nous avons mangé dans le restaurant gastronomique qui était absolument excellent. Seulement cinq tables le personnel O petits soins, tout était parfait. Nous y retournerons avec un très grand plaisir !

This was a very disappointing experience. When I arrived late at night after a flight, I discovered that the hotel had scheduled a water shutdown between 00:00 and 04:00. As a result, I was unable to shower, brush my teeth, or even access drinking water after a long journey. Had I been informed about this in advance, I would have chosen a different hotel. Unfortunately, despite raising the issue with the hotel, they declined to offer any form of compensation or acknowledge the inconvenience caused. Clear communication about planned maintenance that significantly affects basic amenities is essential, especially for guests arriving late. I cannot recommend staying here based on this experience.
