This was the cheapest place I could find and it was so expensive for one room one night, 180$ was insane. This was hands down the absolute worst. 'Excellent breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location to Phoenix Airport and Cubs ballpark. We took advantage of a super discount for a room for a week. Unfortunately, you get what you pay for in that regards. Small closet, well loved couch with huge stain, noisy air conditioner, worn wooden drawers. Only 3 small drawers and very small sink. Friends who have Hyatt loyalty points loved their room. The bed was comfortable though.'

'The front desk manager was very friendly, and the room was clean and spacious. This went through an update recently, and it was comfortable and a great stay. '

'This location was perfect for us. Near plenty of shopping and dining. The room itself was clean and comfortable- the pool was being worked on so much of the patio was closed off though it was enjoyable! My biggest issue was the room was directly in front of the ice machine and elevators so it was a noisy stay for us. Our shower head was also faulty. '

'We were pleased overall with the property and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Two concerns that we had were the inconvenience of the broken elevator especially with the number of kids and families in the lobby and lounge areas. Secondly we were most disappointed at the ongoing running and playing on each of the floors by the kids that were staying at the hotel. They continued to run through the building late into the evening when most people would be settling down in their rooms....

'Loud construction sounds till late after midnight. Flippant fellow at the front desk, seemed to resent guests. Weird. Save yourself the trouble. Lots of other nicer, less expensive, places to stay in the ares TBH. '

'I was scammed. The bar staff charged me for meals and drinks that were paid for in cash. I have tried contacting them for 4 days now and the manager does not answer the telephone nor will she return my voicemails. I am beyond frustrated. '
