'Great locations in Bethleham . Modern clean hotel. Polk needed attention but we wheee there graduation weekend. Have stayed here multiple times and pool contortions was abnormal.'

'What a beautifully restored Victorian (?) mansion! We spent 2 nights while visiting Bethlehem for our grandson’s Army commissioning at Lehigh University ‘s ROTC department. Our room, #12 was beautifully furnished with antiques and had a fireplace. The bed was very comfortable.with ample pillows. We look forward to staying there again next time we visit Bethlehem.'

'I recently completed my second stay at your hotel, and it was once again a pleasure. The bed was top-notch, and the room was very spacious. Having a small kitchen made it feel like a small apartment; while there is no continental breakfast, the kitchen equipment made it easy to prepare my own meals. During this visit, I also appreciated being able to use the pool and the free laundry facilities. Additionally, there was plenty of parking available. 'Honestly staff was very helpful but the property was falling apart. They have converted 1 room added divider made them 2. Ac was noisy. And I could hear things from side room. Only stay if you dont have any options'

'I stood here to attend my aunt’s birthday, and not have to drive over an hour afterward. I wanted an indoor pool for my 12 year old to enjoy. I like the fact that the pool was open from 6am to 11pm. I was able to attend the party and have a few hours at the pool. I was able to check in early and every single staff member was great. Very kind and helpful. The room met all of our needs and was clean and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.'

'The hotel was nice, and staff were friendly. The breakfast and all day coffee were wonderful, but I was disappointed the hot tub was not available. My even bigger disappointment was the error by Expedia in selling and collecting my payment for a 2 bed spacious suite. When I got to the hotel, staff told me that that room was unavailable, so they gave me a one bed studio suite, which rented for far less than what I had paid Expedia for. When I asked the hotel manager for a refund of the price...

'Voor een goedkoop hotel kan je geen top kwaliteit verwachten. Bedden waren goed, airco op de kamer en de kamer was schoon. Geen uitgebreid ontbijt, logies voor de prijs.'

'I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone.'

'Acceptable for the price point'

'Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, coffee always available in lobby, decent breakfast, ample parking. There honestly isn't anything about my frequent stays at the Hampton that is disappointing. They were even doing some renovating in the common seating area during this stay, and it was not at all disruptive. Impressive!'

'El lugar es asqueroso muy sucio y estuve esperando en la oficina una hora por que no había nadie . No responden al número de teléfono que tienen en la puerta. Las sábanas llenas de pelo de perro. También mientras dormía un hombre fue a tocar mi puerta de madrugada que estaba buscando una habitación para rentar y no había nadie en la oficina . El tema de la seguridad tampoco es buena.'
