'After I checked in, I was resting in my room when someone knocked on the door. I asked, “Who is it?” and was told that the manager wanted to see me. I explained that I was resting and asked why the manager wanted to see me and whether I could simply call her instead. The person at the door replied, “I’m just delivering the message.” I then called the front desk and asked to speak with the manager. After I identified myself, she promptly said, “There’s a gentleman in your room.” Confused, I...

'Great location and staff was very helpful!'

'This is my third stay and it just keeps getting better! I was in town to attend the Princess Buffet with my granddaughters which happened to be located in the hotel's restaurant. Whoever organized this event did an amazing job! The decorations, food and treats for the young princesses were wonderful and well thoughout. The best feature was the very talented young women dressed as Disney pricesses who sang and greeted each girl at their table to chat. That being said, my room was fresh and...

'I highly recommend this hotel! I was initially skeptical as I had not heard of this hotel chain before. I stopped by in advance of my stay and the manager, Shauna, gave me a tour and put my mind at ease. Our stay was fantastic! Shauna and her team were professional, pleasant, and made us feel so welcome! They quickly responded to any questions or requests we had and checked in throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. Book your stay, you will not be disappointed!'

'Rooms were clean, staff is friendly everyone spoke. It was quiet i was able to get sleep. Very nice environment'

'Netaja at the front desk was excellent as well as the maid staff on our floor. However, our room was filthy, especially the bathroom. The shower doors were covered with old soap stains. The shower floor tray was chipped all the way around. The caulking was terrible. All of the caulking in the shower had many deep mold stains. Even the caulking surrounding the glass on the shower doors was disgustingly moldy. The wall paper on the right side of the shower entry had two large mold streaks ,...

'The hotel could use a few updates here and there but overall, spacious room, sufficiently appointed, and friendly staff. Really good value for the price. I didn’t have any pots and pans in the room since there’s a kitchen. Would be good if those were stocked.'

'Beautiful room. Right on the golf course!'
