'This beautiful historic B&B was a joy to stay at. The breakfast was so delicious and had a great variety of items to choose from. I was especially impressed that with son with allergies to nuts, soy and dairy was able to eat the breakfast!'

Wij zaten in het bijgebouw en onze vrienden in het grote huis. Zo sfeervol! De enige tip die we hebben als verbeterpunt is de waterdruk voor douche en wasbak. Voor de rest is alles voortreffelijk. 'The hotel is very impressive as soon as you walk in. To be such an old historic building, it has been well taken care of! Our room was large, and the air-conditioning was wonderful for the Galveston humidity. My wife got cold and made me turn the thermostat up. The upstairs bar gives a great view of the harbor and is very nice and modern. Drink and food were great. Parking attendants were very polite and fast when we checked out. The price is a little steeper than our normal stays, but if...

'Since it's a hotel with a long history, I thought it would be a little old. However, the room size was small and musty smell of the carpet was quite annoying. In addition, it was very disappointing and upsetting in the modern renovated bathrooms. The waterhole in the shower was filled with mold and rust. Change to a new carpet, change your shower, or clean with Clorax. There is absolutely no intention of revisiting.'

'Jollynn was incredibly flexible and accommodating during our stay. We had a wedding to attend on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. and requested an early check-in so we could get ready. She graciously accommodated our request at no additional charge and even met us at the property to personally check us in. 'An adorable hotel that has a lovely mix of retro design and modern features and nice front desk people but.. PARKING or lack thereof practically ruins the whole vibe especially when there is a live music event on the weekend - you'll have to park across off the busy seawall road and feel uneasy about the safety of your car with all the late nighters whizzing by. NOISE level was high with a room facing the pool (looks like all their rooms do) and the pool seemed overcrowded for its smaller size....

'This was a beautiful and impeccably maintained high‑end apartment. The ample parking made it easy to access the seawall, and the location is perfect—within walking distance of many restaurants and attractions. The host was very accommodating, communicated clearly throughout my stay, and even went out of his way to share great restaurant recommendations and local things to do. I highly recommend this vacation rental to anyone visiting the area.'

'Friendly staff, in my stay for a week no making the bed or clean sheets, i had to ask for new towels. Only 4 chairs at the pool and every day i had to ask to open the pool. The hotel is a bit noisy but i felt save and welcome due to the staff.'
