'Just pretty ‘down’ - entrance area smelled, the breakfast was awful (I turned on my heals and went to BUY coffee), they gave away my friend’s room and made up a bunch of excuses. I don’t think there was even an elevator? The sheets were a weird fabric… perhaps some unhomed people Living there? No chance I will make this mistake again.'

'Warning: A LOT of steps! The guest rooms are on several levels—definitely not handicap-friendly. We have done several B&Bs over the years and always enjoyed great breakfasts and meeting the innkeepers and other guests. While breakfast was good and made to order, the “charm” we’ve enjoyed in the past was missing. The decor was very eclectic—no real theme other than filling up a very large facility. 'Het was schoon, maar het was allemaal uitgeleefd. Bed was in het midden ingedeukt zodat je automatisch naar het midden rolde. Het ontbijt was beperkt en gewoon op papieren bordjes en wegwerp bestek.'

'Nice atmosphere, however the walls and ceilings are then and you could hear a footstep someone takes. Also staff is very pushy during checkout via knocking on the door and calling the room back to back 2 minutes after checkout time in the process of me exiting'

'Het hotel is nabij Washington gelegen naast Dules airport en een mall. Het hotel heeft een verzorgde entree met vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. De lobby heeft een bar, ontbijt gelegenheid en relax ruimte. De hotel kamer was netjes en verzorgd. Helaas had ons balkon geen zitgelegenheid. Omdat wij naast Dules airport zaten verwachtten we geluidsongemak, maar we hebben de hele nacht de schuifpui opengehaald en geen geluiden vernomen.'

'Once in the room discovered no bed sheets or pillows for the sofa bed. Tried to call, the phone was not connected and could not find the phone jack. Was attacked by the breakfast grill lady after being advised by the front desk to get breakfast down the hall at the Embassy Suites. Forced to return to the front desk for confirmation to only be told by the grill lady that she will only serve us this one time. Didn’t know the grill lady owned the hotel?? All this to have a breakfast barely...
