'Op alle hotel sites staat ze hebben een terras en smoking section.. echter totaal geen terras en smoking section. Manager told me ..we know..The Peninsula a cross the street have al so next time no waldorf astoria anymore for the same expensive price can find better informed hotels

'Hotel staff are excellent! They provided us with local recommendation sheet, all speak English. Before we went out, they offered us water and mask (on windy days). They are also willing to answer any questions we had!
Services are great! Free laundry were provided and the clothes were usually done within 8 hours.
Rooms are cozy and clean. Air-con worked well and heat up the room quickly during winter.
Cannot say enough thank you to the warm and welcoming staffs!'

'It’s a very nice and lovely hotel in centre of Beijing, it’s our favourite hotel now compared with some other hotels we have booked in the past years when we stayed in Beijing.
The courtyard where you can relax and rest is a big plus point and also the bathroom is very nice.

'De rooms are large and very comfortable. The bed was great. The only lesser point was the air conditioner is not very strong and the room was too warm at certain times. Elena from reception was excellent and made our stay so much better. Very helpful and perfect English. The location is perfect, close to the forbidden city and the pedestrian area with all the shops & restaurants '

'Half of the staff speak english pretty well, for the other half it’s very difficult, but everyone is for sure very helpful.
