'It’s a very nice and lovely hotel in centre of Beijing, it’s our favourite hotel now compared with some other hotels we have booked in the past years when we stayed in Beijing. 'The staff at the hotel was amazing! Always offered a warm drink for us whenever we left the hotel or came back (went in the winter). They also helped us order items we didnt have and got it to us in a timely manner. The communication between us and the staff was a little bit difficult as they mostly didnt speak english, but they always tried their best to accommodate and thankfully I had family members who were able to communicate with them. Overall would stay again when I travel to Beijing...

'Hoewel zeker niet goedkoop is dit hotel zijn prijs meer dan waard. De ligging is uitstekend, op een paar minuten lopen van Wangfujing road, en de suite is zeer ruim en luxueus. Met 5 personen boeken is wel een uitdaging (ook in andere hotels in China), want we moesten apart verzoeken om bijplaatsen van een extra bed, ondanks dat we voor 5 geboekt hadden. Een fles heerlijke wijn voor mijn verjaardag maakte de totale beleving helemaal af.'

'Large, clean room. Plenty of food options and convenience stores nearby. I had some issues with my clothes after using the washer, but the staff were quick and efficient in helping to fix the problem. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again if I visit Beijing again.'
