We zouden volgende keer weer gaan. '

'Big and nice room'

'Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room and entire hotel was very clean. Will be back here again when I come back to Osaka.'

'As you expect from a Japanese hotel. Super clean, fantastic location, spacious rooms, friendly and helpful staff.'

'We loved the individual attention we received when we had questions, from going to the post office we me twice, helping us with Japanese’s words, providing ideas for day trips. Very kind and helpful English speaking people.'

'Our first time experiencing a Japanese traditional hotel, and we loved it! Great location and delicious breakfast!'

'Personeel wat minder behulpzaam. Ze spraken bijna geen engels. En was daardoor je probleem uitleggen moeilijk.'

'Great hotel, we stayed 5 days. Location was good, close to Osaka central station. Very friendly staff.'

'It is really hard to go wrong with the Ritz.. The hotel is situated with a walking distance to Osaka station. However, you do need to travel by train or taxi to Shin-Osaka Station. The rooms were large and very clean to our satisfaction. The staff was extremely attentive to every request we had. Breakfast - was rich and offered large variety of dishes. All in all, highly recommended.'
