'Parking was abundant. A couple of convenience stores nearby. Our room was large and spacious. Water pressure was amazing! But the hotel could use some new carpets in the hallways. They’re coming up and look dirty.'

'I think this hotel is in the nicest part of Jeju, and it has lovely views of Sanbangsan and the rural farms of the area. It’s difficult to find dinner and amenities, though.'

'The property is large and self contained. Restaurant options were plentiful and the attached amusement park is good for kids. Hotel however is quite dated inside the rooms, you can visibly see the wallpaper peeling. About half the rides at the amusement park were also not in operation. Location wise its not close to many of the attractions on the island'

'Good'

'All perfect'

'Although the hotel is a little bit outside of Moseulpo town, it's well-located on the coastline. It was lovely to hear the sound waves made while resting in the room, and if the weather was nice, I think we could have viewed the sunset from our balcony. The hotel is quite new, so rooms and facilities were clean and quite spacious. Staff was kind and helpful. '

'Great, luxurious accommodation with large apartments and villa’s. High quality!'

'The hotel did not meet the expectations for a 5-star hotel. The staff spook very poorly English. They could not wash our clothes (4 nights stay) despite the laundry service offered. The clothes would not be back for 5 days despite the 2 days they promise it would take. Very unfortunate. The sunbeds at the pool were terrible, no comfort at all, no pillows or anything. Beds were very small, eventhough we booked a twin room, you expect at least a 180 cm bed. And the bathroom is very outdated - a...
