'The hotel was very noisy, the room looked like it has never seen refurbishment since the 19th century, the breakfast was not great, there was no hairdryer in the room, the shower could use some repairs, the room was smelly, the bed linen felt dirty as well, the wifi was very slow, the bill had to be paid in advance, they do not accept American Express, and the hotel was willing to arrange day trips in Muscat and Oman at rates that were well above those advertised by tour operators. 'Hotel incrível! Tivemos um problema com nosso voo e chegamos muito mais cedo do que o esperado. Falamos com o Harold Tom, que conseguiu um checkin antecipado para nós e nos ajudou muito. Toda a equipe do hotel foi super atenciosa, ficamos muito gratos! O hotel tem uma localização ótima - próximo a mercados, restaurantes e fast foods, e ao ponto de ônibus que leva direto para o centro. Ao lado do nosso quarto tinha uma cozinha que podíamos usar, foi muito prático. Ficamos encantados com o hotel!'

'Murtha is a small and human city where you can walk around.The hotel is close tu a supermarket which is very convenient….it is the perfect place to stay in Muscat especially if you do not have a car.Yhe public bus stop in front of the hotel '

'Beautiful pool, private beach and views of Muscat. The room was clean and very comfortably with the possibility to re-fill glass water botles. Also an added bonus was the shuttlebus the hotel offers to a few of the highlights. Everyone was also very friendly and helpful. Wr just really enjoyed our stay. '
