'Hotel incrível! Tivemos um problema com nosso voo e chegamos muito mais cedo do que o esperado. Falamos com o Harold Tom, que conseguiu um checkin antecipado para nós e nos ajudou muito. Toda a equipe do hotel foi super atenciosa, ficamos muito gratos! O hotel tem uma localização ótima - próximo a mercados, restaurantes e fast foods, e ao ponto de ônibus que leva direto para o centro. Ao lado do nosso quarto tinha uma cozinha que podíamos usar, foi muito prático. Ficamos encantados com o hotel!'

'Mutrah central location is great for the touristic activities. For the remote Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, the reception was helpful in arranging a taxi. As the other review wrote, basement bar noise continued around 4 a.m. though I was on the 4th floor and the noise might have been bearable somehow. The reception seemed not familiar to the Expedia pre-payment arrangement. So, you may be better to have your Expedia booking confirmation handy. Hot shower needed more than 5 minutes to come out.
