'Good Wifi, these are a lot restaurant and shopping places.'

'I enjoyed my stay in this hotel. Its location is excellent, for me, it is clean with nice furniture. However, the check-out procedure is strange , the keep guests waiting until some one goes up to check the room and gives clearance to to the receptionist to release the guest with a written paper to the security at the exit door !!!'

'fantastic hotel'

'We stayed three nights on the ninth floor, enjoying spectacular views and convenient restaurant access. The location is fantastic but understandably loud and chaotic. Unfortunately, cleanliness was unacceptable. The bathroom had dusty walls, filthy shower glass, hair, soap scum, and a clogged drain that left us standing in dirty water. The elevator was filthy and frightening. The sheets were the worst I’ve experienced in 40 years of traveling: old, pilled, and scratchy. Worn pillows, a...

'Beautiful hotel and rooms overall. Breakfast is outstanding. Very well maintained. In short very good experience. One downside was that, other than we expected in such a high class hotel, some of the cleaning staff used the same manipulation as people outside at the street to ask for money and was even close to harassing my wife every time he saw her. We reported this and hopefully the management will follow this up because for the price we paid this kind of behaviour is unacceptable. Otherwise...

'Smart staff with exceptional service.'

'Perfecte kamer groot en mooi ingericht, zeer schoon en aardig personeel.'

'The Longchamps is a comfortable, relatively small, European-style hotel in Zamalek, a lovely part of Cairo. It has charming common spaces including a few terraces where you can relax between activities or eat breakfast. The breakfast buffet offerings were ok and included hard-boiled eggs, fool beans, cooked vegetables, and an assortment of bakes goods as well as cheeses and fresh veggies and fruit. '

'便利な立地ですが幹線道路に近く、クラクションなど騒音が大きいのですが、その為チェックイン時に耳栓をくれます。フロントは建物の2階にありますが、正面玄関からその事が分からずチェックイン時は間違った場所に来てしまったのではないかと戸惑います。しかしスタッフはどの方も人柄が良く、とても親切です。'

'Close to metro in a cozy neighborhood '

'Good quality rooms dining and vibe'

'The South Tower is very old and room is very small. The next day I switch to north tower which is part of my Viking cruise. it is completely different. More upscale and roomier. I wish I know it before I booked. I still have two more nights after finishing my Viking tour. I will talk to front desk and hopefully I can find a way to stay in North Tower instead of South Tower.'

'I had a great stay at Zamalek House Hotel. The location is one of the best thing, right in Zamalek and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops. I enjoyed being able to walk around the neighborhood. It’s pretty safe. The room was clean, simple, comfortable, and the hotel was a great base for exploring Cairo. The staff were friendly and helpful. I got a red eye flight, arrived early for the check in, and they helped me to get a room. Overall, Zamalek House...
