'Wij verbleven 2 nachten in BlackBeary Cottage in de Blue Ridge Mountains tijdens onze roadtrip door de Zuidelijke staten. De cottage was prima voor ons drieen. Fijne woonkamer met lekkere bank en grote open haard (die wij niet hebben gebruikt) Goede keuken en prima badkamer. De bedden (en vooral het beddengoed) waren heerlijk. De cottage ligt in een gebied met veel meer cottages, dus niet te afgelegen en toch had je veel privacy. In de omgeving kun je diverse wandelroutes lopen en in het stadje...

'Some people will have a problem with the Sulphur smell from the water, but the hospitality from the owner and the homely feeling of this little house really brings it all together. I had forgotten my boot dryer and even though I couldn't get ahold of the owner when I went back, they brought it right to me, and it was a relief as it was raining my entire work trip.'

'The location was perfect. There is a nice size river behind the property with a coffee sipping screened in porch on the back to enjoy the sounds of the water flowing over the rocks. The place was very clean with plenty of room to spread out. Would stay again. '

'We had a wonderful time at the cabin!! It was even better than described. It was surrounded by the woods and everyting was perfect!! Our check in and out was very easy!! If you are lucky enough to stay, check out the side table in the great room, count the drawers I fell in love with it!! The cabin is large and comfortable! We hope to go again!!!'

'We LOVED this cabin! It is so beautiful and a wonderful place to escape for a few days. The cabin was extremely clean and well taken care of. The host was absolutely wonderful. She communicated with me the entire time with any questions that I had leading up to our trip. The accommodations and check-in procedures were so detailed and organized. We had zero issues! I highly recommend this cabin! We are a family of four with two boys and we had plenty of room for our family. '
