'Home is located in a small beautifully presented complex in a prime location a short walk from the many bars and restaurants of the strip. Several supermarkets are also within 5 minutes walking distance and the beach is 10 minutes in the other direction. Everything you could require is provided in the home and contents are the quality you would expect in a 5* let. 'Het huisje was voldoende ingericht, alleen is het niet geschikt voor de winter maanden, geen ruimte om buiten te zitten je moet altijd een plek zoeken om in de zon te kunnen zitten. Er bestaat geen mogelijkheid om op een terras te zitten. Heeft het huisje niet.'

'Novasol is de eigenaar en we hebben al de eerste aankomstdag een klacht ingediend. Het huis en ook buiten was ontzettend vies, tuinmeubilair aan het verweren waardoor het afgaf, de airco hebben we niet durven gebruiken, zo smerig was het. We hebben doorgegeven dat ze het huis eens moeten controleren, zodat ze zelf zien hoe sleets en vies het is en het niet waardig om voor de prijs die wij betaald hebben, te verhuren.'

'Visited villa Martin numerous times, this property was disappointing. It could be a stunning property, but is in need of a lot of repairs/modernisation. Broken tiles on the pool steps, the bathroom wall tiles are hanging off, the ensuite shower wasnt even worth using it's so underpowered, the shower in the other bathroom was unusable as someone has screwed the bracket to the wall the wrong way up!The pool was lovely, but the lighting didn't work, the chairs around the pool were broken and...

'We enjoyed our stay because for us as golfers there is a nice view from the terrace over the CampoAmor golfcourse. Further, the house is fully equipped (some householditems could be changed by newer items) good bed- and bathrooms., enough linen and towels. With 4 people we had enough space to eat, play games , watch TV and for reading'

'Second time we have stayed here and both times have been great. Cannot fault the place and hope to stay again. Good communication from Mike house is fully equipped along with good WiFi, if you have to work whilst away like us.'
