Séjour agréable pour un congrès. Les - : - la cuisine est vieille et il y a peu d'ustensils - la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble a un système électrique désuet - la climatisation est mal fixée dans la chambre du bas - simple vitrage, le bruit de la rue peut facilement s'entendre si qqn crie - les réponses avant l'arrivée par mail, il faut plutot appeler Les + : - le lieu de l'appartement - les chambres - la salle de bain - le salon - équipement pour repassage - Hôte très accessible à notre arrivée par téléphone - possiblité de parking

Fantastic location and great host. Plenty of sleeping space, although one room holds only a twin bed. Very simple furnishings, a little worn, but comfortable and a well appointed kitchen.

Overall, very clean and as expected. Limited kitchen towels…bring your own if planning to spend time cooking. Portable air conditioners were much appreciated, but loud and right next to the beds. Exhaust hose was not properly secured leading to cooling efficiency loss.Very convenient to U-bahn and train station.

This apartment was in a great location, walkable to the train station, tour bus pickup, the Marienplatz and more. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and grocery stores too. Would definitely recommend it for a family getaway in Munich!

Great central location

My family loved our stay. It was very close to restaurants and attractions. We loved the ability to wake up and buy cappuccino and baked goods every morning at a close by cafe. A short walk took us to Marienplatz where there were many shops, museums, restaurants, and of course, Biergartens! We were very comfortable with the accommodations which met our needs well.

We enjoyed our stay here. We are not big city people, but we did not have any issues with noise at all when we were in the apartment. Parking is not included, additional cost per day or park a block away at a ramp for a little less cost per day. Walking distance to food, drinks, tourist attractions.

A very nice apartment, although not well appointed.Very difficult to get any timely response from the host.Changed the lock code during our stay and were locked out for a considerable amount of time as he was not responding to our pleas for help.The location is great, but a bit noisy. If youd like to be in town noise is to be expected.Had a difficult time finding the right pods for the coffee maker as their were none provided.All in all it was a little disappointing.

Needs a clean up

The floors need a decent scrubbing and there is mold in the shower. Neighborhood is a bit rough. A lot of young men just standing around. The women in our group were uncomfortable walking around.

The location is terrific. However, there wasn’t enough linens (towels, blankets, pillows) for our party of 6. I texted the host requesting additional and never got a response. The apartment smelled of cigarette smoke and oddly we found fresh cigarettes butts in the stairwell outside of our apartment in the mornings. It led us to believe someone was in the hall outside our door smoking during the night. The elevator broke while we were there which required us to bring luggage down 4 flights of stairs. Lastly, one of the two showers had very little water pressure which required us all to share a single shower. Overall, not a good experience.

Enjoyed our visit in Munich

Everything about the apartment was very nice. Our apartment was on the fourth floor, and there was a small elevator (big enough for two people) in addition to wide stairs going up. The apartment was clean, and they supplied one set of towels each for the three of us. The kitchen was just okay, but not great. Also, there was parking in an inside garage for our vehicle with an extra charge of $30 a night. The neighborhood wasn’t anything special, surrounded by a number of small hotels, and a bit noisy late at night. Bottom line, we enjoyed our stay, again everything okay, but nothing special.

Place with pros and cons

No air conditioning other than a couple of portable units they brought in that were noisy for the bedrooms. If you’re coming to Munich in hot weather we wouldn’t recommend this apartment. Bath and a half, not 2 Upstairs bedroom very nice and large for “master”. Kitchen a bit makeshift so if you plan a lot of cooking not recommended (we didn’t so it was fine). Other spaces were quite decent. Location was outstanding, only a block and a half from Hauptbahnhof.

Cancelled 2 hours before check in

We never got to see the apartment as VRBO cancelled our reservation due to water damage 2 hour prior to check in. We had already arrived in the city from the airport and were essentially left to figure it out on our own as VRBO had nothing available. It was an absolutely frustrating experience. Cannot accurately review the apartment as we never stepped foot inside.
