Superbe hôtel
Superbe hôtel de luxe à un prix très raisonnable. L’emplacement est idéal près de la mer mais proche des lieux à visiter. Le personnel est sympathique et toujours disponible pour vous aider. Le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel pour l’Inde. La piscine est chaude et très agréable avec sa vue sur la mer. Seul bémol : notre chambre au 14eme étage Avait une décoration un peu vieillotte.

Excellent séjour avec jeunes enfants
Accueil fantastique dans cet établissement de très haut niveau. Les équipes ont fait de gros efforts pour faciliter notre séjour avec de jeunes enfants de moins de 5 ans : petit snack à l'arrivée pour les enfants, cadeau et fruits dans la chambre en milieu de séjour et au départ, early check-in le premier jour. L'hôtel permet de se reposer avec les enfants pendant une visite de cette grande ville. La piscine et le square avec gazon et arbres au 10 ème étage sont parfaits pour faire une pause dans la journée. Le petit déjeuner est excellent avec buffet à volonté (continental et indien), surtout si vous avez la chance de le prendre au rooftop comme c'était le cas pendant notre séjour en raison de la forte affluence.

Très bon service attentionné, petits cadeaux à l'arrivée, prestations de qualité (chauffeur pour aéroport, propreté, passage dans les chambres pour devancer les demandes. Petit déjeuner bon sans être exceptionel, la partie indienne du petit déjeuner contrairement à d'autres établissements est un peu limitée (possibilité de commander néanmoins). Emplacement au coeur du quartier chic de mombai, possibilité de dambuler dans le quartier de Colaba sans prendre de taxi.

Nice hotel
Good location, calm area with great view over the bay. Close to all the historical attractions, very nice pool. Ask for a high room, I was on the 32nd floor and the view was really amazing. Breakfast was also very nice with a choice between multiple restaurants. Fast wifi is available for a fee but the free wifi was fast enough to watch videos.

Beautiful 5 star hotel and views, but....
Very noisy hotel with kids running around everywhere in the hallways and restaurants. Nice room decor with wooden floors, although smallish. Excellent bed. Glad for having paid extra for a lovely sea view. Very high internet charges; should be free at a hotel of this category.

We had a harbor view room which faced the sunset. There is a wide promenade by the harbor and you may walk or run or just sit and enjoy. Complimentary yoga is offered by the pool at 7am and I enjoyed started my day off with it. The breakfast was complimentary with our room and had all types of offerings, continental and Indian. The staff and servers are abundant and so helpful. Really suggest you try this hotel out!

This is the best place to stay to enjoy South Mumbai. It is sea facing hotel located on Nariman Point. You are on Marine drive as soon as you get out of the hotel.

Wonderful location and sea facing room were the highlights as were the kindness of the staff and their attention to detail. The ambience of the hotel is so calming - it really is a sanctuary after the busy Mumbai street.
