Mulligan's Island Golf and Entertainment

Impeccable et sympathique.

Hotel staff, bar and restaurant staff were pleasant. The room was clean when we arrived on Sun. The next morning we noticed the bathroom floor was wet due to splashing from a dripping shower head. We reported it and requested more towels to replace the ones we used to sop up the water on the floor which we did receive. We also requested housekeeping on Mon. which we never received. We requested housekeeping again on Tues. and were told they were short handed and that no one was receiving housekeeping that day. I reminded them we actually requested it on Mon. and Tues. I could make my own bed but certainly didn't think I would need to clean the bathroom or sweep up sand. The staff was apologetic but that doesn't help the situation.

Our lunch on our arrival date was not as smooth as I expected. The server seemed new, maybe? and the bartender couldn't get one of our drinks to taste as it should. We were 4 but our server never noticed we only had 2 place settings so we had to get up and get them ourselves. Breakfast the next day was fine but again a bit off. One person asked for Earl Gray tea but was told they were out of it. However there was plenty in the station as you walk in where you get get your own coffee and tea. We got up and got it ourselves. Don't know why server didn't know to look there also.
