« This is a unique concept, and this was my first experience of capsule concept in India. The place was immaculate and well maintained. I visited this place with my sister and found quite a few women solo travelers who were using this place. So this place is great for solo travelers or even couples. « They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s . « First thing evening manager said we do not have reservation and later after we showed him reservation details he said we have reservation for one room and later said we have 2 room reservation but gave one room. Next day morning 8 AM he gave 2nd room and we checked out at 10 AM. Hotel charged us for 2 rooms and they provided only one room and no refund. Manager behavior was rude and do not have accountability. Manager said we can cancel the reservation for one room but we did not find option...

« Not for the weak of heart. It is in a residential neighborhood and hardly any parking. No TP in restroom. A handheld hose is provided to wash up. Frequent loss of power for short periods. No outside food is allowed. In room dining from restaurant only. Only 1 shower towel provided. Extremely squeaky bed. Room not cleaned properly as cigarette butt was still there when we checked in. Front desk manager was very accommodating and tried his best to make us comfortable. »
