'Wat een perfecte ligging dicht bij het Centraal station! De kamer was erg schoon en comfortabel. We werden zeer vriendelijk welkom geheten en tijdens ons verblijf was er constant contact mogelijk met de verhuurder. Het ontbijt bij het cafe aan de overkant van de straat brengt je direct in Napolitaanse sferen. Ik raad Il Divino bij iedereen aan. Een prachtige B&B om Napels te verkennen!'

'Loved the location and the room was very comfortable and had a nice balcony. Anna, Joseph and Francesca could not have been more helpful, including being there to greet us despite a late flight arrival (nearly midnight), and providing good ideas for activities & book a smooth taxi back to airport. 'Poerio 25 Boutique Stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The property is in a fantastic location and we felt very safe there. It is very easy to walk to many of the historic sites as well as the port. There are lots of restaurants, cafes and bars close by and the young man who checked us in recommended some great places to eat. We thought our room was excellent value for money and we would definitely stay...

'We found this little gem last minute and we are so glad we did, we have been in Italy for 2-1/2 weeks from the Amalfi to the Calabria region ending here in Napoli. It was by far the best we have stayed in, reasonable priced and it included free breakfast. Marco our host did a top notch job of making our stay the best it could have ever been. '

'The room is clean, very comfortable and the location was perfect for us. It is located very close to the underground transport and the port from where we embarked on a cruise. It was also close to shops and cafes. We would definitely stay there again. The owner communicated with us very well and left us with helpful directions to gain access to the room. 'After booking late on the day of of our stay due to Air B & B letting us down the staff were amazing getting us checked in, very helpful & friendly even offering us water on our arrival. 'Checking in was a bit strange experience, we didn't get any directions beforehand and our calls / SMS weren't answered. Luckily the building doorman had the keys and he gave instructions. The room was spacious (3 person room), stylish looking, but a bit worn out. The walls looked dirty, all the surfaces (and light switches) were sticky and dusty. But floors and sheets were clean, so despite of looking shabby it was ok. We didn't see any other personnel during our 2 nights visit than the cleaning...

'Na alle positieve beoordelingen zwaar teleurgesteld van dit verblijf. Kamers zijn niet proper en slecht onderhouden. Muren kunnen een nieuwe laag verf gebruiken. Badkamer stinkt en douche heeft verkleurde voegen door slecht onderhoud. Deken op het bed heeft niet eens een dekbedovertrek... heel onhygiënisch! wij hebben er 1 nacht geslapen, en de volgende ochtend een ander hotel geboekt ook al hadden wij voor 4 nachten betaald! Nooit meer! '

'This is not your tradition type of hotel. It’s a office building with a couple of sections on the floor 1 and 3 with suites. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable night sleep. The location is perfect and within walking distance to port, great dining and lots of shopping.'

'Van bij de aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen en kregen we heel nuttige culturele en culinaire informatie. De accommodatie is heel goed gelegen om Napels en de omgeving te verkennen.Het appartement is goed uitgerust, heel net en we kregen een rondleiding toen we aankwamen. De communicatie verliep heel vlot en bij het vertrek kon nog een taxi geregeld worden. Aanrader! '
