Aparthotels in Mugello

'Gorgeous property in best location with terrific communication. The ease of in/out and the baggage lockers, excellent elevator and recently modernized property were all reasons I’ll return. The staff was polite and helpful, from start to end. A 10 out of 10 experience!'

'Great place to easy.'

'Not sure if it was just because it was September but there seemed to be a mosquito infestation. I killed at least 3 while I stayed there and still woke up being bit. Also the shower does not stay a stable temperature. If you're in there for long enough it will randomly change temp on you and you have to fiddle with it to get it right again. This will happen multiple times if you take long showers.'

'Apartment is new and clean. Very spacious and great layout. Was disappointed that ac was advertised but when trying to use cool mode it switched to heat. Also fire alarm went off bc someone burnt something which is out of the control of management but the response took 2 hours for someone to come and silence the alarm. Also trash was left in elevator so we couldn’t use it to bring our bags up to the 3rd floor. '

'The apartment was very close to the city center and all the stores. Apartment management and staff were very polite; but, there was a terrible plumbing smell and the apartment was not clean.'

'This was a fabulous place for two couples. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and we had everything we needed. The location was great for all our exploring around Florence. Would stay here again'

'We booked the apartment looking over the duomo. Everything was exactly as pictured. The amenities in the room were very nice. The fresh croissants delivered every morning were such a nice touch. Location directions were extremely helpful as the entry door is small. The view is gorgeous and the location is excellent for museums, shopping and restaurants. My only critique is that in the morning of departure we needed to get a taxi for my daughter to the airport and the young woman at the reception...
