Keep in mind, fellow travelers, this is a fully restored historic hotel and the water in the showers and/or sinks may at times run very hot or very cold but it certainly doesn’t detract from the charm. Take staff advice for dining and activity suggestions. Try doing something or going somewhere new. Enjoy your stay, enjoy the town - both are delightful!'

'The trails close by are perfct to go on with my kids. They can be kind of steep so be prepared to carry the little ones at times. The kitchen has all the utensils needed to cook. Its a small and cozy lodge with plenty of space for large groups. The Tavern has some really good dining options with friendly staff. '
