« Second stay at The Beland: beautiful, clean rooms, comfy beds. Awesome game room with fridge. Very quiet even though it’s near a major business area downtown. Definitely recommend! Communication with hosts was through, quick, and easy. »

« Loved the location, close to historical downtown, museums and places to eat. Easy access to everything we were interested in doing! We had a great time in Fort Smith and this cottage worked perfect for us and our sweet elderly dog! The house was just as pictured, so clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. Cathy provided us with lots of information before our arrival and afterwards to make sure we were taken care of. We will definitely stay here again! »

« Perfect location that is easy to get to and perfect cabin for a weekend getaway. The screened in porch was definitely our favorite place and having a full sized kitchen helped with meals. The cabin was clean, WIFI was good, and the setting was private. Communication with host was outstanding and check in and out were super easy. Would definitely stay again. »

« Exceeded expectations! Communications were excellent and check in was a breeze. The Lily Pad was as VERY clean and the kitchen had everything needed. Beds were comfortable and the furniture as well. Not your typical guest rental furnishings.Great location in the middle of Ft Smith on a quiet street. Recommend 10/10. »
