The stay was just fine. Nothing really positive sticks out. My wife and I got away for one night. Our checkin was easy. Overall, the room was way overpriced for what was offered. I've stayed at many Best Westerns that were on par with this hotel for a fraction of the cost. Three negative things that stood out: One of the two elevators sounded and felt like a death trap. A third of the TV channels were digital, but there was no digital signal so the channels were "greyed" out. And the one digital channel that did work (HBO) cut out every two seconds and was impossible to make out the show we wanted to watch. The walls are very thin. We could hear the person in the room next to us cough every five minutes. We were given a room at the end of the hall next to the stairwell and we heard the door slam every time someone used the stairs. You would think people would have some common courtesy, but we could hear all sorts of noise all night. Let's just say it wasn't a great night of sleep.

Great hotel stay
The hotel was beautifully clean and very comfortable- great bedding. I’ve also never seen such a uniformly friendly and efficient staff! I stayed for 10 nights while taking care of a family member nearby, and the consistency of service was wonderful.

Good, but not great. Poor value for the money.
Bedding choices were poor. We stayed cold most of the night because no comforters are offered - so if you want warmth you have to turn on one of those super noise hotel fan heaters. No breakfast offered, other than pay for a prepackaged sandwich. Basic internet is free. Parking is easy and available.

The staff was super friendly, and very helpful. The update done to the hotel is amazing, it’s a gorgeous property. My only complaint was the pillows, they were very hard.

The lobby and common areas smell like a nursing home. I thought that I'd have to check out immediately but the front desk informed me that the rooms had been recently renovated. The rooms were nice. The bedding and mattresses were above average. I had a problem with the AC which seemed to malfunction at night. This was disruptive and caused sweaty conditions in the middle of the night. I informed the front desk. It wasn't fixed during my stay.

Enjoyed our stay and the staff kept the linens and towels and bathroom very clean but the carpeting was older and dated and needed an upgrade. Trouble with air conditioning unit thermostat. Pool area was lovely. Bar fridge did not work.

Das Hotel liegt gut zu erreichen, die Zimmer sind groß und haben eine (leere) Minibar/Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist personenabhängig. Wir buchten dieses Hotel, da in der Beschreibung ein Frühstück angeboten wird, dies ist nicht der Fall!! Auf Nachfrage erfuhren wir, dass das Frühstücksangebot seit Covid-19 eingestellt wurde. Es wurde ein "Frühstücksangebot To Go" an der Rezeption offeriert. Dieses besteht aus einer völlig überteuerten Auswahl aus 2 Sandwiches, 1 Yoghurt, 1 Fruchtcup, 1 Chia Pudding 1 getoasteten Bagel. Das Frühstück To Go sollte am Abend vorher an der Rezeption bestellt werden. Wir haben darauf verzichtet und sind stattdessen Frühstücken gegangen. Hier sollte unbedingt die Beschreibung akualisiert werden.
