'Booked 2 king rooms. Upon arrival we were appointed 1 king room and 1 queen room. Checking with the front desk gave us the answer that we booked 1 king and 1 queen room. The room was ok.Walking around in the hotel area we saw that a lot of the businesses were closed and the town looked like it has had is best time. Had diner and breakfast in hotel. Breakfast was great and the waiter was very good and gave good service.'

'I was disappointed that the room didn't have a refrigerator or an ice bucket. They did finally bring me a fridge about an hour after I requested one. When I first stepped into the unit, the I saw a big bug in the bathroom. Fortunately, that was the only one.'

'We had a clean room. the staff was very nice, we enjoyed the outdoor pool very much! The breakfast in the morning was very nice as well. My only issue was the noise coming from other rooms and the very loud AC unit that we had. I went into another friend's room and saw a more updated one that was quiet. Unfortunately ours was older and was extremely loud. It rattled all night long, and because we had a toddler, that was very difficult to not disturb him, and it kept it awake for many hours. We...

'Our experience was very disappointing. While we were sleeping, the headboard of our bed suddenly fell off, which was both shocking and concerning from a safety standpoint. What made it even more concerning was that the back of the headboard had numerous scratches and marks, making it seem like this was not the first time it had happened.
