Oud ontmoet nieuw in deze uitzonderlijk opgewaardeerde cottage uit 1922 met 1922 met elegant meubilair en alle denkbare moderne hightech voorzieningen, tot aan de prullenbak met bewegingssensor. Veel antieke instrumenten uit een breed scala van regio's, van Appalachian hakkebord en Afrikaanse kalimba tot een 1904 baby vleugelpiano. Prachtige plantation shutters in dit zorgvuldig gerestaureerde, lichte en luchtige huis met elegant meubilair, originele bekroonde kunst overal, en eigenzinnige kunstverlichting en meubilairaccenten door beroemde ambachtslieden Mackenzie-Childs. Hoofdslaapkamer met eigen badkamer / douche en zitkamer. Logeerkamer met extravagant Michael Amini-bed met verlichte filigrainbasis. Prachtige moderne keuken met granieten aanrecht, elegante kasten en gloednieuwe chromen apparaten. Lange eetkamertafel biedt plaats aan zes met prachtige handgemaakte Luna Garcia-aardewerkschotels. Spectaculaire grote woonkamer met extra comfortabele op maat gemaakte 11 'lange bank. Our weekend at the Wow cottage was simply… WOW! This place is amazing! Beautifully decorated, great amenities, incredible host, close to town, everything you need for wonderful weekend. We will definitely return again… I give this weekend experience a 1,000 out of 1,000 score!!!

The Hostess Liz is the most incredible, caring and amazing person. The goal is to make our stay spectacular and divine. There is anything and everything that anyone could need or want. The cottage is a definite WOW! Beautiful and unique furnishings and decor that are stunning!The Art, the handmade pottery is unmatched! To think that someone made all of those gorgeous and perfect dishes, cups, and kitchen wares..wowJust book it. So close to everything and easy to use as a jumping off point for Central Florida adventures.Simply Divine thank you again for an outstanding home to share with me.

This property is fun personified! If you are looking for a unique experience steeped in history and funky art, this is your cottage. The host, Liz, could not be more personable, welcoming and gracious. She is a tremendous ambassador for the town of Mt. Dora and makes you feel like family during your stay. 15/10! A definite future stay with more time to spend exploring the fabulous Mt. Dora!

The Wow Cottage definitely WOWED us. The cottage was immaculate inside and out and had many wonderful surprises waiting for us. We have stayed at other properties and by far this was the best experience we’ve had with Vrbo. I would highly recommend this property!! If you want to plan an amazing trip to Mount Dora, FL , it's a must to book The WOW Cottage!! I booked this charming little cottage for our girls weekend. Boy, we were "WOWED"!!!! So many little treasures, sweet whimsical art all over the cottage. We arrived at nightfall and was blown away, then morning came... oh my goodness!! Even though the cottage is from the 20's, it is a modern and updated as it is old and full of charm. Only a 15 minute walk from downtown, made the location perfect.Our host Liz is amazing!!! She recommended some local restaurants and shops. She sent very thorough check in / check out instructions, she checked in on us the day of our arrival (she ironed the sheets!!!). Our host left us with surprises to enjoy during our stay, and left a wonderful impression on us when we left. So much so, my husband and I have already booked one of her other properties!!!! Liz is by far the best host I have encountered since using VRBO.... Thank you Liz and Lee Renee' Cooper

I could not have had a better experience with my stay. I would highly recommend The WOW cottage. Super cute, clean, great location. If forgot to pack something, I’m sure you can find a spare there. The personal touches exceed anything I’ve experienced anywhere else. Can’t wait to return.

Our stay at WOW Cottage started out wonderful before we even arrived in Mount Dora!! Liz and Lee shared so many useful tips for adding extra fun to our weekend there. We were able to add so many worthwhile things to our itinerary. The Cottage itself was beyond our expectations! It was like a hands on museum of so many artifacts and the like. Many brought back memories of yesteryear. To say too much more would ruin the surprise that awaits you, the next renter.

The cottage is so unique, interesting and beyond pleasant. We felt so comfortable with our hosts welcome communication and our stay in the house. It's also a great location for walking in Mount Dora. We really hope to stay here again :-)

Great location in Mount Dora

We loved the Wow Cottage. The location is walking distance to town, just a few blocks away. The house was very clean and well appointed, and the hosts are truly spectacular. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great weekend.

Mt. Dora craft fair

This cottage is amazing! Beautiful, clean, great location. The cottage has everything in the kitchen you could need. The beds are so comfortable. The front porch is cozy and the back patio is very relaxing. We love staying here and plan our trip every year at this cottage. Thank you for an amazing stay every time.
