'5 stars for location, communication and amenities! Even though the property inside is a bit outdated, it is a perfect lake house retreat with an amazing little beach with free access to kayaks, paddle boards and a canoe. Plenty of beach seating with fire pits and gorgeous views. A great place to escape with kids of all ages. It is less than a minute down the road from an amazing marketplace, delicious restaurant and it close to a science center and trails to walk on.Would stay again.Thank you...

'What a beautiful sanctuary in the mountains for our family. We enjoyed the safety, quiet, and peaceful modern home near great hiking, amenities of a community club , and Waterville valley.'

'The space was perfect for our needs, we had a friends weekend and had more than enough room. The outside could've used some clean up as there were some items laying around the back of the house and the fire pit which didnt make it very inviting. Thank You'

This is our second time staying here and it was once again a wonderful experience. Highly recommend!!'

'Walkup stairs to 1 level with 3 bedrooms. The nicest part was its own waterfront with a dock. Beautiful view. Right next to the a marina where we rented a boat. Also walking distance to downtown Meredith. Everything was clean and new. Owner was very helpful.'
