To start ** outside the house, you will enjoy :**

- A very pretty swimming pool with deckchairs (ideal playground for children)

- A shaded terrace & dining area for 8 people, to enjoy your dinners and aperitifs, with friends or family.

- All without vis-à-vis and in the heart of a small one-way street with very little car traffic.

- The absolute calm offered by the location (the sound of blackbirds at dawn is not considered a noise nuisance).

That being said, **inside, the house, built on two floors, will offer you**

**On the upper level :**
