'Comfortable, spacious with fabulous outside space. We were a group of 9, taking 6 of the bedrooms, all air conditioned for comfort. The outside space, with a clean, well maintained pool, was wonderful with several seating areas, a bbq and ample seating for al fresco meals. The owners live at the top of the property and were incredibly responsive when we had some plumbing issues. Parking is only for one visitor’s car and a bit tight for a large vehicle. 'Wir haben uns in diesem wunderschönen Haus, das perfekt ausgestattet war, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter waren sehr, sehr nett und haben auf jede Anfrage sofort geantwortet. Wir hätten uns immer an sie wenden können. Das war aber nicht nötig, da es keinerlei Probleme gab. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber, an jede Kleinigkeit wurde gedacht! '(EN) The villa is a fabulous space, on arrival Sonia was there to meet and warmly greet us. The villa is spacious and well appointed and the location puts you close enough to everything you may need, from a fabulous bakery, to the large format supermarket. A short drive to Antibes, Cannes and an array of fabulous public and private beaches, we used several of the private beach locations during our stay and found fantastic dining experiences day after day. 'We were a group of 10+ people and we stayed for a week with multiple family events here and the property was very well setup to handle this. The location is super convenient for going on day trips - there is a bus stop 2 mins from the house or you can take an Uber to the Cannes station. Karon also helped us plan our day trips with ideas on places to visit, local restaurants etc.'

'Our family group of 11 adults has just returned from a week in a beautiful house in the South of France. We could not have wished for a better place to spend a week in the sun. The house has everything, including a gym, a small theater and a fabulous pool. It also has a warm, helpful owner, who went the extra mile to help us out more than once.'

Al met al een complete woning op een ruim perceel met mooi uitzicht in rustige omgeving met veel mogelijkheden!'

'We stayed with 2 families of 5 adults and 4 children for one week. We found it very spacious and ideal located. Each bedroom has its bathroom and the airconditioning in each bedroom and livingroom was a pleasant relief from the heat outside. We did not use the communal swimming pool as we arrived late afternoons in the villa. During the evenings we spent a lot of time in the garden. Would highly recommend this villa. 'We have been to Cannes many times over many years, and this is our favorite place to stay. This unique house is perfectly located and exquisitely charming. If you are looking for a cold modern place, go elsewhere. If you want an authentic French experience, this is the place for you.'

'We hebben echt een heerlijke vakantie gehad in dit goede huis. Het zwembad was echt helemaal geweldig evenals de locatie van het huis! Er zijn aircoolers in 2 slaapkamers. Deze hadden we niet alle nachten nodig, maar als het echt heel warm wordt zullen deze zeker nodig zijn. Zeer vriendelijke en gastvrije eigenaar en dochter!'

'We had a great time visiting this villa. The rooms were lovely, kitchen was so well equipped, and the pool and location were beautiful. It’s a decent walk from Cannes, but a lovely one at that, and a great place to explore what this part of France has to offer.'

'Genoten van ons verblijf en het zwembad. Je hebt echter wel voor alles je auto nodig, zowel voor boodschappen als uitstappen. Veel gezien in de regio. Oud kunstenaarsdorp Mougins is zeer de moeite. We bezochten Antibes, Cannes, Nice, Grasse en Valbonne.'

'We waren hier voor een tweede keer (sinds 2 jaar) voor 8 dagen. Fijn appartement, schoon, lekker koel en rustig. Perfecte locatie om als uitvalsbasis te dienen voor het verkennen van de Cote d’Azur. Je bent zo in Antibes, Nice, Cannes, Grasse of St Tropez. Ook een dagje luieren aan het zwembad is heerlijk. Tijdens de Covid-19 tijd was de receptie beperkt geopend, 2 uur in de ochtend en 2 uur aan het eind van de middag. Prettig en handig was dat terwijl we laat aankwamen toch ons huisje in konden...
