'Most extraordinary hotel with perfect service ! In the center of London.'

'The room was very small and didn't resemble the size of the room in the photos. It was also extremely noisy as the window was directly above the beer garden'

'Spectacular hotel in upcoming neighborhood, on Central. As regular guest, my favorite hotel in London. '

'Gastvrije accommodatie nette kamers. Station is 50 meter lopen, ideaal. Ontbijt zaakje ( bakker) is op 25 meter lopen. '

'We had a very nice stay at CitizenM. There was an error with the incheck at the beginning, they gave us a free drink and made it no problem to leave our stuff at the Hotel so we could explore London in the meantime. As soon as my boyfriend had a low blood sugar it was no problem for them to give us a chocolate bar as soon as possible, also for free. We wanted to give them a tip but they only can take cash, we didn't have that on us unfortunatly. The guy told us that it didn't matter at all...

Fijn personeel! Goed hotel voor een weekendje weg.'

'We really, really loved our hotel room at the Boundary. It was very light and spacious and so well designed with beautiful furniture (the Eames room). The location is amazing, right in the Shoreditch hotspot, next to great restaurants, shops and public transport. It's hard to think of negatives, but I found two things: at night and in the morning it can be quite noisy due to garbage trucks and partying crowds. On our first night there was a party on the rooftop of the hotel and a woman puked...

'Quite unclean, the shower walls had mold, the walls next to the bed is covered by a thick layer of dust. Some kind of water pump is on the roof and makes a lot of noise and vibrations, it was quite difficult to sleep.'

'Vriendelijk personeel'

'Klein maar goed hotel. Vriendelijk personeel en gunstige ligging.'

'Nice rooms, good (and free/cheap) amenities, kind staff, nice breakfast'
