'Fantastische service. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamers mogen wel een opknapbeurt. Taxi naar de pier: auto in zeer slechte en onveilige staat !!! '

'Great location out in the jungle! The owner/staff were super helpful and friendly. Rented a motorbike from them for a very good price aswell.'

'Beautiful Property! Amazing experience! Highly recommend! Very grateful for highly professional Team ! '

'Det här hotellet överträffade verkligen våra förväntningar. Servicen från personalen, renlighet på rummen och det allmänna intrycket av hotellet i helhet var 10/10.'

'My wife and I love absolutely 💯 everything about our stay here from the cleanliness, beautiful room with our own personal pool with everything in our room you could ask for and especially the staff with their off the chart excellent service and friendliness. 😁😎'

'Nice pool and good breakfast.'

'The location is great, so many natures. Staff were friendy. But the price of the food is ridiculously expensive. The food was ok. Breakfast was so so, not much variety'

'Fijne accommodatie voor een nette prijs. Mooie bungalows meer genoeg voorzieningen. Ontbijt wordt aan het huisje gebracht. Douche temperatuur niet in te stellen. '

'fantastische locatie.'

'geweldig verblijf gehad! super service, locatie was minder, maar daarom extra goede service'

Indruk dat het slechte management door de westerlinge is dan door het Thais personeel die waren top!! Vriendelijk en niks op aan te merken '

'Heerlijke plek vior 3 of 4 dagen'

Our family stay in a 1-Bedroom Pool Villa was severely ruined by serious service failures, persistent cleanliness issues, and exceptionally rude staff. The resort is isolated, leaving guests captive to on-site facilities. With a young child, activities are virtually non-existent beyond the pools. Hygiene...

'Cons - remote location and steep prices in restaurants and bars - staff is rigid and lacking any awareness. Most speak no or little English. The rest is probably restricted by rules of the management. The typical “Thai friendliness” is nowhere to be found. - far to little drinking water provided in the room (2,5 liter for 6 persons) probably to sell more Italian water?!? Which they serve as standard, but they also have Thai water. - overall the place feels like the management is lacking...
