« We loved our time at Megan’s home. From the get go she was super communicative and full of helpful local suggestions for our family trip (3 families with multiple kids). The room set-up was perfect for us and the home was so charming It was a beautiful location on the river and we loved using the kayaks/canoe, jacuzzi, snorkel gear for nearby springs, etc. Highly recommend! »

« The house itself and location was perfect! We enjoyed the stay overall, however the early morning construction at the lot next door and the concrete company next to the property was rather loud every morning at 4 am…made it a bit difficult to get a good nights sleep. Other than that everything was great! »

« This little property is tidy, clean and has all the important amenities. It is surprisingly close to good restaurants and markets. We also liked the convenience of being so close to KP Hole. The whole "village" of homes is surprisingly quiet, and all the guests are very respectful and courteous. Even the dogs are very well behaved! The manager was super quick to answer any questions we had. Overall all our needs were met and were so happy for the value we got! »

« Very clean and cozy. This place is quiet, and the amenities outdoor are perfect to spend quality time with the family. Location was great for us, KP Hole walking distance, Rainbow State Park justa few minutes away. Grocery stores very close also. »

« There was a noticeable smell of stale cigarette smoke inside the trailer, thankfully it wasn't too overwhelming. We noticed some old lunch meat in the fridge, making us wonder how well they had cleaned the place. Very oddly there weren't sheets on the beds, but there was an entire dresser full of sheets that we put on the beds ourselves. Also we arrived around 1:30am after driving in and the sprinklers were blasting directly onto the lock box and the front porch, not exactly the welcome we...
