Morris Preserve

The hotel staff is friendly; however, they have not been particularly helpful when responding to questions regarding the rooms, as staff members often seem unsure of the answers. I also found some interactions with the housekeeping staff to be less courteous than expected. Additionally, there appears to be a language barrier with some members of the housekeeping team, which can make communication difficult.

Didn’t know the room faced a cemetery and the bed sheets were dirty. I also didn’t receive the $10 food credit for the stay. The staff did address the issue with the sheets right away which was great. Sent messages to the hotel via Expedia but did not receive any correspondence back from the hotel.
