It has all the basics you need from the kitchenette to the outside grill and picnic table. The shower is a little small, but worked just fine. The a/c was nice and cold! 'Excellent location for Dardanelle or Mt. Nebo or the Dardanelle State Park. Very peaceful and quiet. We sat on the front porch and watched all three cars go by. Two of them waved at us. Very spacious kitchen and living area. Bedrooms were good sized and well furnished. All in all, a pleasant experience.'

'We chose this location for a fishing trip because the home is situated on a beautiful 1,300-acre lake.
