A beautiful, stone built, holiday cottage in Rothbury, Northumberland! Beech Cottage sleeps up to 4 people (and 1 additional infant) over 2 bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements.

This cottage is modern and airy with a comfortable finish- a real home away from home!

Scenic location, within easy reach of village restaurants, shops, cafes, pubs and riverside playpark.

Layout

Ground floor- open plan kitchen and living room. Separate dining room. Family bathroom. Private linen room- please note this will be locked.

Double doors to garden and private decking area.

First floor- Master bedroom and bedroom with either kingsize or twin layout. Shower room.

1 kingsize bedroom. 1 further bedroom which can be made up as either kingsize or twin room (please specify if you have a preference when booking)


Exterior

Private decking to front of property, with views over the golf course. Private lawned garden.

To the rear- private parking with lock up for sporting goods.


Accessibility

The doorways in each cottage are wide enough to fit a wheelchair through although the family bathrooms are not large enough to manoeuvre a wheelchair. Each of the family bathrooms downstairs contain a standard bath rather than walk in showers. With this in mind, we cannot advertise these cottages as fully accessible.
