Unité d'extrémité améliorée_OCEANFRONT Complex_50 étapes vers la plage_WiFi_Linens inclus

Cette unité d'extrémité améliorée 2015 est située littéralement à 50 pas du sable chaud entre vos orteils sur notre plage vierge jamais bondée! Cette unité est très populaire en raison de sa proximité de la plage et de notre piscine cristalline (voir l'image satellite aérienne pour l'emplacement de l'unité). Ce condo propre et confortable offre de nombreuses améliorations, y compris de beaux panneaux de panneaux de perles, des moulures couronnées et des sols améliorés. Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan et le coucher de soleil depuis notre balcon commun enveloppant ou depuis l'une de nos entrées Gazebo Beach.

Les restaurants et les magasins sont à quelques pas. Profitez de notre kitchenette complète, ou barbecue sur l'un de nos barbecues au charbon de bois en plein air et profitez de repas en plein air.

Escapade parfaite pour un week-end romantique ou une retraite en famille ... regardez les dauphins éclabousser du gazebo au bord de l'océan ... ne manquez pas le coucher du soleil disparaître sous les vagues de l'océan .... promenez-vous sur la plage de sable ... construisez un château de sable avec les enfants ... surfez sur l'eau ou pêchez sur notre plage ... regardez les surfeurs accrocher dix .... ou détendez-vous simplement au bord de la piscine.

Règles d'aptitude / propriétaires:
- Ceci est une communauté sans fumée. (Vous ne pouvez pas fumer sur la propriété pour inclure les balcons et les gazebo).
- Les animaux domestiques et les animaux (y compris les animaux de soutien émotionnel et d'assistance) ne sont pas autorisés selon les règles du propriétaire.
- 4 personnes maximum, bébés inclus. (Max 3 adultes recommandés).
- 2 véhicules max.
- Aucun bateau ou remorque autorisé à se garer sur les lieux.
- Piscine ouverte selon les saisons à la discrétion de la direction (généralement de mai à début octobre)

Its a small condo, but perfect for a couple, nice and clean and i was able to cook since we dont eat out much, the fridge was so cute. And the beach was just around the corver. We for sure want to come back.

Just what I needed!

The host was very nice and quick to get back to me and answer any questions I had. I liked the studio style room. It was just myself and my dog so we didn’t need much space. But for others that I have noticed complain about the size, it clearly states that it is 300 square feet. That means small. But anyhoo. There was a humidifier in the unit, which was nice, but it needed to be dumped about twice a day. I found out the hard way by stepping in the water that had ran out into the floor during the night in the dark lol. The kitchen cabinets and drawer were stocked with enough things so if you cook you don’t need to buy anything. The shower had great water pressure. We had a great time here even though we were here for a memorial for my mom. This was my first time in Atlantic Beach and I loved the area. We will be back for sure!!!

Quick getaway

Had a great time staying here for a quick getaway! Room was perfect for what you need at the beach, somewhere to sleep. Beach and pool where steps away with great chairs provided. AC kept our room cold as ice for our return back each day! Shopping Center and restaurants within minutes for all your needs. We will be back!

I am VERY disappointed in the communication of this VRBO owner. They accused me of bringing my dog when i absolutely did not and are trying to charge my card for this. The manager of the property has already confirmed with them that i didn’t have a dog with me and they will not reverse the charge on my card. I left this place in immaculate condition and hoped to come back but i will not be returning to this property. Be careful who you give your card info to.

Great but Not bad-back friendly

Me and my teen daughter came here for a short birthday getaway. This is a bottom floor studio. Everything was exactly as described. Cable TV, great parking, and crazy clean. If you have a good back, this place is perfect - five starts for sure. Why four stars: There is a futon with a mattress that weighs about 80 pounds which is nearly impossible to lay down or stand back up for two ladies, one a small teen and the other an adult with a bad back. I considered just leaving it down during our stay but aside from some saddle style stools under the kitchen table, there is no where else to sit. When sitting on the futon although the mattress is plush (which I truly appreciated) there is little too no lumbar support. Very glad to have brought a large fluffy pillow from home. Next there is a humidifier that needs to be emptied twice a day. Again, this is was great because the room stayed low humidity which I also appreciated but it’s on the ground annnd full of water. Soo bending over low to pick it up full of water was doable but not easy. The mattress was pleasantly a mix of support and cushion. Maybe a green tea mattress or some sort of memory foam knock off. It didn’t hurt my lower back to sleep in which was surprising but it is shoved in a tiny alcove with zero space either side. I had to sit and scoot back which was a long, slow and painful process. Someone with out back issues would have no problem but for me it was challenging. The final piece is the bathroom. The shower was great - step in with great water pressure. The vanity was high enough to lean on which was also cool. The toilet was even a handicapped toilet which is higher than normal toilets..great for a bad back .. But it was literally two feet from the wall! This was the thing that really sucked. Trying to stand and complete your business with a wall directly in front of you if you have a hard time standing up right is just crazy. I would suggest turning the toilet to the left at an angle to allow more room for standing. There are no pictures of the toilet placement so I feel it’s important to add that here. No one on this earth wants to have their clothes all rubbing up against the front a hotel toilet - no matter how clean. The toilet is that one place every one questions how clean it actually is even when it appears spotless. Great stay. Everything was great. Probably wouldn’t stay here again because of toilet and bed placement and that crazy heavy futon. Thank you

Just right!

This place was just right for me! I visited Atlantic Beach, NC for a summer vacation, near the end of the busy season there. I stayed in this little studio apartment for the week. It was right on the corner of the building. To get to the beach, I just came out my door, walked around the side of the building, across the backyard, up a few steps into the pavilion, and down a few steps on the other side. And the beach was right there! I love the beach, and I enjoyed many hours with my feet in the soft sand, listening to the rolling waves. I appreciated the outdoor shower when I came off the beach, too, to use before heading back into my room. The room was small, but it was just enough space for me. There is no closet space, but I didn’t really need a closet for myself just being there for the week. The shower had hot water and good pressure. I was glad to have a fridge and freezer, my own AC unit, and a couple of ceiling fans to keep air moving. There was also a dehumidifier, which I emptied twice a day, finding it almost full each time I dumped it! There’s a lot of moisture in the air by the sea. I did not find the bed to be very comfortable, but that’s probably because I am most comfortable in my own bed at home! HA! ;) I would definitely visit Atlantic Beach and stay at Ocean Sands again sometime! Thank you! :)

Atlantic beach weekend trip

We had a great stay overall. List floor condo with less than desirable exit to the parking lot. Probably my oversight when booking. Decent size. Definitely more suited to two people than a small family. Nonetheless, it was a very nice stay.

Fun Times

Second time we've stayed at this lodging. Of course the storm slightly disrupted our plans this year. Overall an enjoyable time A couple of things; only 2 washcloths, no pillows for extra bed.(Had 4 on regular bed, but 2 adults would use them.) Sink in bathroom slow to drain. No major concerns .

The studio apartment was just right for the 2 of us. Short walk to the beach - and to Dairy Queen and Dollar General. It rained one of the days of our visit but we could still sit outside under cover and read. Had everything we needed for making simple meals.

Cozy and close to the beach

This was a great spot, especially given we booked super last minute. We did not have an ocean view but you really can't get much closer, a 2 minute walk if that. The pool was great, clean and perfect for relaxing after a long sandy day. It's helpful to have the washer/dryer access, just be prepared with lots of quarters! The place was pretty clean, I think they forgot to sweep the floors but once we swept up it was comfortable. Definitely good for two maybe three people but after that it will get cramped. A great option instead of a hotel, for better price and a full kitchen.

Five stars on all the ratings. Please believe that while this property could squeeze in 4 people, you all better really like each other a lot because it will be cozy. We were a party of two and it worked well for us. Comfortable bed, terrific access to beach, laundry facility on site. We enjoyed our stay. Not a place to entertain a large group, but perfect for easy access to everything Atlantic Beach and surrounding areas.

Staying at Ocean Sands

Rooms were very clean. Couch was old pulled out to bed. Booked a month ahead had ocean front views but we booked to late to get one plenty of parking. Live in area was very small for 4 people. Lots of utensils pots and pans etc . Location excellent right on beach
