'The condo was very clean and updated nicely, beds were very comfy. We stayed here just for one night while we visited friends and it met all our needs. Neighbors were quiet and we were all able to get a good night's sleep. The only slightly misleading thing was the beach access: I thought it was adjacent to the property, but it's actually across the road--there is a crossing with lights, however. 'Condo had everything we needed for a great week! Condo was clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of pillows!!! Location is great. We’ve stay at Ocean Sands for the last 6 years and have never been disappointed in the facilities. Laundry room was clean and well kept. Excellent grounds keeping.'

'If this property is available, don't think twice, just book it! Perfect location steps from the beach and pool. Condo has everything you need to prepare meals, and even beach chairs, floats, toys and umbrellas. Beautiful, modern finishes and feels very coastal. Elena is a wonderful host and got back to me quickly when I sent a message, and even allowed us to check in early. We had no issues during our stay. 'We loved everything about this unit. The view of the sound is spectacular. The home is beautiful and spacious, and all of the rooms are nicely decorated and very welcoming. We spent a good bit of the time out on the deck enjoying the view, and the breeze. All of the amenities we needed were provided. We were within walking distance of the beach and driving distance to many of the activities in the area and shopping. We would definitely consider staying here again if we planned another visit...

'Just love the sweet village of Swansboro, the Sunday evening concert was a great ending to nice stay, the State Rooms have best seats for Bandstand!On another note, the hair dryer does not work. I was disappointed that no TV OTHER THAN STREAMING WAS AVAILABLE. I did not bring passwords etc. Basic TV is minimal in my opinion. A special alert of this prior to departing for trip would have made me bring passwords.'

'Great location, first floor so not many stairs to climb. We had my mil who has a bad knee with us and it was perfect location for her. Very well kept condo. Very responsive when we had a question. The location of the actual condo is close to the pool and the beach access, you truly can’t get much closer than this location. It was perfect. Great little getaway. 'It did not feel like an apartment at all. Do you walk in the main level and it feels like a house. It's a very spacious and comfortable. I opened up all the windows in the Lanai and opened up all the windows in the condo and the coastal Breezy air flowed through the whole place and it felt like we were outside even when we were inside. 'We really enjoy staying at this condo complex. It's so convenient to the beach and other attractions on the isle. There was plenty of room for my parents, my husband and I, and our two kids (7 and 4). Make sure to bring your own shampoo, body soap, dish soap, and laundry detergent. The curtains in the master bedroom are shear and don't block much light. Other than that, a very comfortable stay.'
