'The staff were very helpful. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. Big selection. Must try the fruit waffles. Stayed with my 2 Granddaughters ages 3 and 6.. They enjoyed the pool and pool slide. Close to QEH and easy access to HWY. Added bonus were resteraunts and shopping across the road.'

'We had a great experience with the staff at this hotel. As a group of 10, they accommodated us by allowing a late check-out at 12pm and stored our luggage with no issue. When we noticed the AC wasn’t working in one of our rooms, the front desk came promptly to check it. 'The Prince George hotel was perfect for us. We attended the International Tattoo across the street at the Scotia Bank center. The self park was great. The restaurants near the hotel were wonderful, especially the Wooden Monkey. We had complimentary buffet breakfasts. 'This is an old, tired hotel in need of renovation. Also the late shift staff is anything but helpful. For one, this hotel has no lift which is a pain if you arrive with heavy luggage, and the evening staff decides to give you a second floor room, and subsequently doesn't offer to help you carry the heavy luggage upstairs. 'Close to interesting boardwalk along harbour in Halifax and right in the lower part of the center with many restaurants nearby. This means also that you have to walk uphill in many cases. Hotel is somewhat dated and internetreception was less than expected. Friendly personnel. '
