Woonboten in Moorea

'We had a very pleasant stay at Sunset Beach Residence in Moorea. The location is excellent — very convenient and right next to a beautiful lagoon. The property is peaceful and well-maintained, and we especially enjoyed the tennis court and the large outdoor terrace. Our unit was well equipped with a washing machine, a dryer, and a fully functional kitchen, which made our stay very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The only small downside is that coffee is not provided...

'OMG from the moment we arrived at were in love. What a gorgeous spot and so peaceful. Stunning beach, sunset, clean tidy accomodation. Beautiful breakfast, across the road from a store. Behind security gates. Everything we could possibly want. Would have loved to stay longer.'

'I highly recommend this hotel. All of the staff were fantastic and are just wonderful. The cleaning lady’s husband is a fisherman. We bought a big tuna fish from him. They helped us prepare the tuna and cook it together. We shared the tuna with other hotel visitors. It was the best tuna :). There were also kayaks on-site that we can use. The room was super clean and organized. We will come back again. Thank you for a fantastic stay.'

'It’s a very unique concept! Perfect for two people! This place has the potential to be out of this world amazing! It is close to food, shopping and the ferry! It is right on the water! Stingrays swim by daily. You can wade out thigh high water and just wait 930am til about 12. They will swing around you so have you cameras ready. Easy to jump in a snorkel, or launch a kayak. We enjoyed our stay. The people at Omni were extremely helpful and responded within mins of questions! '

'As a solo traveler, I felt like this lodge was perfect! I felt safe and comfortable. A great sunset view from backyard. Host, Mina also made sure it was clean very day. Mina was so sweet and helped me know closet restaurants, and grocery stores, etc. Definitely enjoyed my stay. '

'This apartment is right next to one of the best and largest groceries on Moorea. (It is no Carrefour or Walmart, but for Moorea it is one of your best options.) This turned out to be even more convenient than I expected. Minor downside is that the room is a bit large for the AC unit to cool quickly.'
